Every time I go to Cafe23, I experience a little escape from the city. I am always impressed at how beautiful the interior is (see picture) and how quiet the back patio is.

Cafe23 is a really beautiful place. Its a nice, quiet atmosphere with a single clean bathroom. The food and drinks themselves were okay. I saw a lot of reviews raving about the cinnamon bun but I found it lacking in richness. It tasted like someone tried to make a healthy version of a cinnamon bun, and you could tell. It was also topped with lemon zest which I did not see mentioned anywhere. I am not a fan of citrus flavours so this was an unpleasant surprise for me. In addition,...
