Used the washroom went in no lights (something on the wall really high I saw after but I could not reach too high) no bathroom paper and I got stuck inside the washroom a customer heard me banging and helped really the washroom if a place you should feel safe

The pastries here are very good—my daughter especially loves the macaroons. Unfortunately, the service really needs improvement. This is the second time I’ve been assisted by the same lady, and both times she has been unpleasant. The pastries don’t have visible labels, so I had to point to what I wanted. Instead of being helpful, she gave me attitude, as if it was my fault I didn’t know the names. Among all the staff, she’s the only one who consistently has an unfriendly face and seems unhappy with what she’s doing. Great pastries, but poor service can drive customers away—and for me, it’s enough to make me think twice about coming back.

I think this is the best overall portuguese bakery in Toronto. The breads are good including desserts and hot foods.
Not the best coffee.
Their stores could be cleaner by clearing tables and sweeping the floor.
Bakery does not serve fresh pastry items. Would not recommend.

I recently visited this bakery to buy my usual red velvet pastry, but instead, I was given something else. When I pointed out the mistake during billing, I informed the staff that I purchase this pastry once a week and that the price he charged me was incorrect. Instead of checking the order again, he made fun of me as I was leaving. This experience was disappointing, and I felt disrespected by the staff. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
