2 stars mostly for staff, the coffee is horrible, tasteless, hot water is better to drink if you need to drink coffee over there.

This is my second time buying from this Portuguese bakery, which I discovered after the Brazil festival, and it exceeded my expectations. The renovation feels a bit dated, and the presentation is average, but the taste and service are incredible. I highly recommend the savory codfish and chicken patties—absolutely delicious! The Portuguese and orange tarts live up to their reputation. Prices are budget-friendly, with most items being very affordable. Highly recommended!

It was such a nostalgic feeling coming back to this location after many years as my husband is big fan of rye bread from here and we used to buy a bunch and kept in freezer. We had an amazing experience on today’s visit with great customer service and friendly staff.

Everything is perfect except for their weak coffee aroma. Please consider different grain of coffee.
Avoid their deli sandwiches. They are over priced for what they include in them.
The attendance/wait staff are always so welcoming.
The coffee it's actually good, I only like americanos and expressos, so can not really tell you about the rest since I haven't try them, but those are good coffee.
The pastry has been alway fresh ,haven't gor any bad one at all.
Highly recommended.

If I could leave -5 I would.
I bought 16 Natash, they said they were freshly baked. They also assured me that everything that it was in there was baked today…. LOL I laughed!
Did you know that if the Natash has something on top such as sugar or chocolate, it is because they are old? 😂 ahaaaaaa!
Well! They were not fresh! and they refused to refund me the money. They made me take something else.
The “manager” was not even qualified enough to handle a simple situation as this one.
The pastry was far for flaky and crumbly.
I would not recommend this place

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with my friend, but waited 20 minutes for my coffee. Didn’t mind waiting for food to be made but they could have served the coffee to start.

Drove one hour to get corn bread. Left with a loaf that ended up on the garbage. They literally sold us old bread. Definitely go back to Nova bakery. Will never come here again 🤬
