Ordered a breakfast sandwich with my friend, but waited 20 minutes for my coffee. Didn’t mind waiting for food to be made but they could have served the coffee to start.

Drove one hour to get corn bread. Left with a loaf that ended up on the garbage. They literally sold us old bread. Definitely go back to Nova bakery. Will never come here again 🤬

If you are not Portuguese don't bother coming here, they will serve you with an indifferent attitude. And once you pay get comfortable because they will serve everyone else before you. Never coming back at a place where you have to beg to be served what you paid for.

As a Turkish client, I feel extremely upset. We got the cake below and I told him the berries look like they have gone bad. I told him but he said they do check them and walked away without saying anything…. He said he will check with kitchen and never came back to my table. I am still here and he hasn’t showed up, totally ignored me as a customer. I was never served this kind of service in a cafe before. I guess I will never be coming back to a Turkish cafe again…. You can literally see how black the berry is turning on the top before even serving this to me. Poor quality and took them almost 30 mins to bring me cakes and brough the wrong ones at first…

So thankful for this place, we arrived on Sunday, we were a group of 8 and it was as busy as it usually is but this did not affect the quality of service.
One sweet server seemed to be in charge of all the tables and did a fantastic job.

We had just left another bakery in the same vacinity, where the server had an issue with us speaking Spanish and/or she didnt speak English well herself and/or was having a bad day and decided to take it out on her customers by being upset when taking our coffee order, we decided to leave.

Glad I took my group of visitors to this place instead and they had a great breakfast and experience.

I asked for a croissant with ham and cheese toasted, and came back to me on the microwave. Unfortunately, you can tell the difference on the look and the taste spoke with the Manager and she was extremely rude, telling me how we don’t know how they work, but I know one thing I asked for one thing and I got therefore I’ll never come back here again

The slices of cake we got were absolutely were expired. They were stale and old. The icing was so old that it’s texture was elastic similar to a rubber band.

We just visited this place for espresso and I witnessed one staff making coffee for a person in front of me, she poured 2 sugar , the cup fell down on the ground and the sugar came out. She picked the dirty cup from the ground filled it with sugar and poured coffee in it!!!! How is this even possible. Please please try to be clean. Dispose anything that touches the ground immediately. You need to follow the minimum of health requirements...

Tiramisu cake had a lot of whipped cream and very little actual tiramisu. Quality not worth the price!
