excellent sandwiches, but the more I spend money here the more I notice how it doesn't matter. I ordered food online through thier website. cause I was in a hurry to get back on the road and eat something quickly. I get there and there was this huge mixup with their online orders etc.. they apologized and said I'd have to wait and if I needed anything else, so I asked if they would mind throwing in some extra fries or something, and they smuggly told me of course they would, if I paid for them. after spending who knows how much money here, I won't be going back...

Very bad! The quality of food is just bad as the front customer rep. I had high expectations for California Sandwiches, but our visit was very disappointing in this location. Worst sandwich we’ve had in a long time cold, dry, Stale and flavorless. We throw it in their bin inside. Won’t be coming back. Their front staff got attitude to the roof and hey don’t look up. The only and one start is they got two doors , you can enter from one and exit to the other.

If you want California sandwiches you should go to the chesswood location. The ice cream is pretty ok I guess but the sandwich is just strictly worse than the chesswood location. Bland and bad texture, comparatively.

Would give negative stars if possible. Tje service was terrible ordered to eat in and had my order put in a take out bag. Not one of the workers had s smile. Never again
Nice place to eat sandwiches and few Italian dishes. We went for lunch. We could find couple of vegetarian dishes to eat.

This location is a discredit to the beloved original veal sandwich location downtown. The 2 veal sandwiches I purchased yesterday there were simply awful. The meat (certainly not veal) was as hard as a slice of wood, the bread not really fresh, and I asked for extra sauce but it wasn't there. Pretty pricey for a very poor take out experience.
