Fantastic food, both very yummy and very healthy. Love that they make all their food, sauces etc. in house. Also a great variety between sandwiches, sweet and savoury bowls, smoothies, and more. And nice Cali vibes in the location!

I had wanted to stop in this place one for the vibes and 2 to meet Barista Brian who does all the cool latte art He was soooo kind Wonderful experience There bowls are soooo good.

So slooooooooow. 15 mins for a smoothie bowl when no one else in line.

I got the smoothie bowl, I believe it was just called love food, it was good and healthy. It combined a variety of fresh fruits enough for daily consumption. All add in are included in the delivery so very convenient to eat and everything. One of he best smoothie place in toronto.

AVOID

I got the smoothie bowl and as I got to my office and opened this ready to dig in I was completely mortified and felt insulted that I paid nearly $20 for a liquidy smoothie inbbowl and I question if this was done intentional...how do you mess this up and no it didn't melt on a cool afternoon in 5 minutes.

No matter how many times I repeated what I wanted in my order they still got the extras wrong. All the topping were sunk to the bottom because it was a liquid and not solid and i say that i feel it was intentional because of the tiny amount of fruit that was in it. I had to put this in a cup because I looked like a fool trying to drink what is clearly a smoothie drink in a bowl.

I'm still pissed off at the fact that I spent all this money for them to give me this crap and I can't do anything about it because I had meetings.

I tried the Joyful bowl. All the ingredients fit really good. The staff is very friendly, I asked for no spicy and they replaced for other sauce instead. Amazing food.
