While there are more high end boutique cafes in the city, this one has been one of my top cafes to venture to. Its homey, its good quality and their staff and usual patrons are very approachable and relaxed. Its what you may find on a quiet street in Brooklyn. Make sure you try their homemade muffins. Also, their beans are fantastic!

Great neighborhood coffee shop, serving up tasty beverages, nice treats and a small selection of vintage. They've also got really cool locally made ceramics for sale, worth just stopping in to have a look at them as they are so cool!

I came in towards the end of the day and got a cappuccino and a free cookie (sweet). I sat down and overheard the table beside me where a woman was receiving a very complicated math lesson and I got to be really happy that I wasn't doing math. I read my book for a while and had a totally awesome time.

Best cortado I’ve had in Toronto and I try a new place every ten days. The muffins are also great, especially the berry marscapone. Relaxed atmosphere with a lot of queen west regulars. Fast for take away.

Capital Espresso is hands down one of the best coffee spots in Toronto! The coffee is exceptional—smooth, rich, and brewed to perfection. Whether you're after a quick espresso or a more leisurely cappuccino, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff are super friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome. One of the standout features of this café is the community vibe. The locals frequent this spot often, and it’s clear they know each other well. The warm, kind atmosphere they bring adds to the charm, making it feel like a neighborhood hub where everyone belongs.

If you’re looking for a place with amazing coffee and a true sense of community, Capital Espresso is the place to be!
