Ordered coffee with 2 milks and hot chocolate. People in line after me were served before, having almost the same order, variation on coffee. What really was outrageous, was people in front of me kept waiting for another 15 minutes after I was served. Again, they had 4 coffees, nothing special or super custom, no meals. My wife and I sat and observed these unfortunate people being treated like third class citizens. Horrible experience. When they tried to confirm their order was really theirs, not someone’s who came 20 minutes after them, teenage staff started opening lids to visually confirm they served them their coffees. I only wonder how would they be certain by looking at the liquid know if it had ie. 1 or 2 sugars?! Appalled by this completely…shame such poor service is tied to one of the major Toronto’s attractions.

Too extensive and quality of meat taste like cardboard and chewable rubber. I paid 2 adult combo and 1 kid combo for 67.50 and it was awful
Really like this place

As good as it gets for attraction site food. Flavour wise and cost wise. Refills would be nice but I understand. Decently air conditioned, reasonable selection, eat and onto the next exhibit!
If you like dog food eat here.
I’m happy here, finally found my lunch set - pizza-pizza with drink - $17 ( so fresh and cheesy like never have before this kind of pizza because too hungry after walked more than 2hrs searching animal to see in this zoo.😮💨) Not much choice, only 3 vendor and 2 outdoor food stalls.

Pleasantly surprised to see two good vegan options here. A Beyond burger and a tofu ninja bowl. They are in the expensive side but Defo worth it if you are vegan and came to the zoo to enjoy the animals from the distance and not on your plate?
Vegetarian options: Two vegan options - ninja bowl and the beyond burger

Very less vegetarian options. Pizza pizza is the worst..they only carry cheese pizza. In the cafe they have 1 very cold bowl where the ricr is undercooked and 1 plant based burger!

The most disgusting burger I had ever, beef was terrible and had weird taste, they probably precooked it a day before. I have no idea why so many people are here but still the burger is like leftover with weird disgusting taste. I have a high tolerance for food but had to throw it away. Last time I comment like this was 10 years ago.
Hotdog is just eatable because they bought it somewhere.
