We had reserved for fewer guests than expected but the incredible team at Carisma quickly pivoted and put us in the private dining area. The food was as delicious as always and the service impeccable. Highly recommend Carisma for any event or occasion if you want to be treated like VIP!

This was our first time at Carisma and we will definitely go back. we were greeted by a very friendly manager and server ( Sasha ) and even got to meet the head chef Salvatore !! everything was great!! we will go back for sure !!

Carisma is IMO Italian fine dining at its best. Simple, fresh, quality ingredients done without flash or excess. Pasta is made in-house. There is an understanding of, appreciation for and a serious commitment to classic cooking as it has been traditionally done for generations. As our server — attentive but not intrusive — noted, the secret is in the sauces that complement and enhance the flavor of the food, not obscure or overwhelm it. The ambiance and atmosphere — light, with lovely wall sconces and elegantly understated chandeliers — perfectly complement the food. A memorable experience.
I am from out of town and this Toronto experience was absolutely amazing. The server Danny was very attentive to our needs and was there at the perfect time during our visit to ask if we needed anything or to refill our beverage. We did not feel rushed, even though we were there for over an hour. The food was eye pleasing and tasty. Would return and highly recommend.

Carisma had been our 'go to ' favourite restaurant when we lived in the King/ Adelaide area several years ago and going back to celebrate a milestone anniversary this week, we were not disappointed ...still the fabulous food we remembered. It has recently undergone a complete renovation and it is lovely !! A wonderful, welcoming and comfortable ambience and seating that you are reluctant to leave behind. The owners are lovely and one of them quietly visits each table of guests... and...they do help their wonderful staff serve when meals are ready to be served and the restaurant is busy. WE highly recommend it.
