Hello, if I could choose ZERO stars as my review, given the terrible experience I had to endure this evening… I would!
Tonight, we drove over 4 hours directly to your hotel and it was NOT what we were guaranteed or expecting.
When we made the reservation I was very clear that I’m in a wheelchair and that meant 2 things were important.
#1 a bath tub, #2 parking.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and vowed to never go back after water started pouring from our ceiling, but for a trip to Toronto last week my mom booked the hotel, and this is where we ended up.
