Carole's Cheesecake Cafe & NDLG Bar

These were the best freshest cakes we have eaten. I had Strawberry shortcake and my husband had the chocolate banana cake. Both simply amazing

I sometimes use this cafe. I knew this is great cafe. This time, I had literally remarkable experience in here so I’m writing this review. I visited with my friend on Monday. I didn’t check it’s closed on the day before visiting but we saw some people are in there. I misunderstood they were customers and I opened the entrance door. I realized actually it’s not opened and seemed like they were doing employees meeting. The shop was closed though, they let us buy cheesecake and tea for takeout. I guess they don’t do that basically. I really appreciate you guys helping us and such a nice service.

Quality recently went downhill.

Received moldy Toffee Apple Cheesecake from Carole's. Took a few bites already and hoping I don't get violently ill. Avoid this business!

Ordered two pieces 10$ each and got the tiniest possible friking slices! 10$ each! The pictures show normal sizes and then a miniature version arrives.

I live in durham and today is my birthday. I google / yelp this place and it says they are opened, so I decided to go there but to find out it they are closed when I got there . Very disappointed.

Highly recommended! Great service and amazing food. My friend and I definitely would come back again!

Everything was great at first. It only had one staff when we for here. The staff was nice and serviced us with a smile at first. After we finished our desserts and decided to leave. The bills included tax but it should be tax free until 15Feb2025. The staff became impatient, no smile, and was rushing me when I was paying the bill. He said “Can you make it faster?”. This bad attitude I won’t come again!
