We sat there with our kids for 15 to 20 minutes straight. We waved and called out, but nobody bothered to notice or even talk to us. We ended up walking away because our kids were so hungry they started crying. The service was unbelievably bad, don't even bother going here. The waiters didn't care and they ignored us, which was quite shocking. What an amazing location to be wasted on.

Cant comment on the food as we never got to eat here - ended up trying to get in here when it was torrential rain, they said there were so seats so we took shelter round the corner of the restaurant in the ONLY shelter within a mile radius in the park, the rain was coming down in buckets, a lot of others had the same idea and the staff asked us to clear the doorway which we did. New people were turning up every 30 seconds for shelter and the staff got ruder and ruder, louder and louder and increasingly aggressive shouting at people to clear the doorway - they were always new people coming to try and get into the cafe or get shelter. The chefs in particular were foul, they swore at customers then rang security, told security they were being swore at, the chef told us that he didn’t care about the children being soaking wet or the disabled lady who was trying to get shelter too. One member of staff came out and screamed “it’s only a bit of water” - how would she like to be soaked to the bone on a family day out? Glad we never ate or spent our money here, the staff all had disgusting attitudes.

Service is chronically slow and the place is not very clean; mens washroom is systematically very dirty with hand dryer never working. Tried speaking to the manager, but she (red-haired lady, nobody has name tags at all) was in total denial. Overall, knowing the above and setting your expectations low, it's fine

Had a very enjoyable dinner sitting outside, overlooking all the nature and the cute bridge outside the patio! Marissa was our server and she was excellent :) she was super kind, made good recommendations and we overall had a great experience! The food was nothing special, but still tasty!

We went there today barely busy there were workers checking there phones and chatting with other workers … we sat there for almost 18 minutes and were not served at all not even checked on or asked what drink we want … don’t come here food overpriced

Overly expensive to be “forgotten” by the servers. We weren’t checked on once, after for waiting 30mins we had to go up to the counter to ask for the bills and the worker told us “Oh yeah I forgot you guys were sitting there”. Seems as though their servers are overwhelmed, only 2 scheduled on a busy Saturday in August.

Asthma provided excellent service and food was on point !!!
Small portions, inflated prices. Burgers are almost slider sized. Chicken fingers are small and frozen from a box. Both Coke and Ginger ale were flat, drought Canadian was also flat. Waiter barely understood English and our orders, server seemed annoyed when we asked for ketchup and cutlery.
No accessible entrances or door openers. Staff couldn't be bothered to help people get in with strollers or wheelchairs
Save your money and eat elsewhere.
