this is absolutely the best pizza in the city. no gimmicks, just a great pie at a good cost.

We stopped in before a concert at History. We only had the calamari but it hit all the right notes. The two gentlemen next to us, however, had the ravioli and lasagna (which was massive) and shared their approval with us.
The real highlight, however, was Joanna, our waitress. She was sarcastically funny, and a real treat to deal with. Thanks for being awesome, Joanna.

Never left a bad review but the food was so so so bad. First we got the wrong salad(which is ok, it happens) but the salad sauce was craft sauce for $2. Next the pizza which was the worse pizza i tried with fishy taste. I had one bite. We ordered 2 different pastas, which tasted like pasta from metro that costs $5. Lots of sauce, 0 gorgonzola. For sure never coming back. And paid $125. The worse food i tried

I ordered the lasagna. Unfortunately, it was 8 layers of starchy noodles and very little sauce. I was only able to eat about 1/3 of it. I didn't even want to take the rest home! Way too expensive for the poor food quality!

I went to this restaurant around 6 PM today as an Uber Eats driver to pick up an order. The staff asked me to verify the order, which I did right in front of them. But after that, they refused to give me the food just because I didn’t have a delivery bag.
If having a bag is part of your policy, that should be made clear before asking for verification — not after wasting a driver’s time. It doesn’t make sense to let us verify, then deny us the order.
We Uber drivers already face issues getting enough deliveries, and if we cancel an order, our account gets flagged, which means even fewer future orders. This kind of poor handling affects our work and income.
Restaurants need to communicate requirements upfront and treat delivery partners with basic respect.

It was so busy no one came to check on us was given the wrong tea, I asked for chamomile and was given black tea and I can’t drink that due to dietary reasons food was super bland we asked had tk get up and get salt and peer and get chilli flakes from a different table the food made me and my friend both sick afterwards

Visited Toronto for a few days and one of the highlights of the trip was stopping here to try some good italian food. We had chicken parm with alfredo and it shmacked. Shout out to my beautiful wife for the recommendation lol. The only con is that seating inside is tight. We were about half an arm’s length between the neighboring tables, but I guess that comes with being a local business in a big city trying to be as profitable as possible. Toronto has a lot of good local restaurants and this is one of them. Not like your typical chain restaurant.

Chose to go here last night before the Devo show at History and I can say I will not be back. The managers ice grilled my friend and I as soon as we were seated. Bread for the table was cold and hard as a rock. Fried calamari was okay but overpriced. Lasagna was mushy with very little flavour and tasted like it had been cooked from frozen. Was given a rocks glass full of ice water and wasn't offered a refill until the server was taking away the empty plates from our entrées. Never again.
