We went for brunch. Out of all the dishes we ordered, my fav was the hummus dip and bread. Lovely atmosphere!

Stunning interior and superb staff!
Food was okay, pricey with a small brunch menu. But beautifully presented.
Live entertainment was nice. Overall vibe was great!

Food and deserts were exceptional! Music was way too loud. We couldn’t hear the waiter or friends sitting across the table. We asked for it to be turned down but they were not able to accommodate. Regardless, I would go again for the amazing hamachi crudo, chile pulpo, duck carnitas taco, tres leches and key lime pie!

The service was very good, and the staff were very friendly but was a bit crowded at the front I would say. I ordered the steaks and they were seasoned well and very tender but also on the smaller side.

Loved the place, food, ambience and music. Great service too Just a minor change would be lower the volume of the music a little bit- was hard to talk to the person on the other side of the table.

Been here three times before. First time going later in the evening. Was not a fan of how loud it was this time, but the food and the service is always fantastic. Truffle Risotto and the Kobe A5 are my go to's. Will be coming again but at an earlier time.

The decor, the food and the cocktails are truly unique and amazing. The service is very attentive and friendly and the staff cares about your experience. The only small disappointment was when I learned during payment that they have a happy hour: i would've loved to be handed a HH menu since i sat at 6 and the HH ends at 7... especially since the food i had was on the HH menu but i got charged regular price (which was probably an accident since my glass of wine was charged at HH price even if I wasn't aware of the deal, but i had already paid when I realized so I didnt mention it). I will be back, but next time i will make sure to enjoy the happy hour deals!🍸

Such an energetic and cozy vibe. The food is incredible and great for sharing and ordering multiple dishes. Inventive menu and creative cocktails. Perfect night out!

One of the best restaurants in the city! Delicious food, amazing service and great entertaining atmosphere! Love coming back here!

The management is terrible, complete lack of customer service, inattentive reception personnel, great waitstaff and good food, some portions are very small. The restaurant has very low lighting, which is a huge safety hazard. The light is so low, that it was necessary to hold the touch lamp over the menu to illuminate it, so it could be read. I was injured because I tripped over a decorative pot in the hall entrance, I have a wicked bruise and it's still painful hours later. The restaurant is decorated with pots and candles at floor level. The pot I fell over was left out too far. I reported that I tripped right away to a woman at reception and she wasn't the least concerned. By the time I was seated, I was still in pain, my friend went and spoke to the reception again, and at no point did any manager come to find out what happened or offer first aid. When I tried to get information by calling prior to my booking, I could never get in touch with anyone and my call was never returned. They responded to my inquiries 2 hours before my reservation time, via text, even though I had called two days before, similarly there was confusion over the number of guests my reservation for bc they never responded to my initial requests. If you have a large group, event or occasion this place would be a headache to coordinate with via inconsistent text message.

It was AMAZING! Me and my family went and we had so much fun! There was a live band and everyone waved around napkins at the end while the waiters and band were playing upbeat music! I recommend you should go!

Honestly, I haven't yet come across a Toronto restaurant with a chef as intentional as the one at Casa Madera. The food stood out—it wasn't your typical Mediterranean experience. The blend of Mediterranean and Mexican influences was truly impressive; every ingredient felt thoughtfully chosen and perfectly balanced. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the service was exceptional—my second favourite part of the entire dining experience. I'll admit, I was initially taken aback by the message about the dress code and late fees, but after experiencing the restaurant, I completely understand and respect it.
