This restaurant is FANTASTIC from start to finish, from appetizer and drinks to dessert! The ambiance is fantastic. They had a live violinist and DJ! We got the skirt steak tacos as a starter and they were SO delicious we ordered an additional order. Wonderful restaurant - one of the best in Toronto! A must try! It is pricey but worth it!

This place has to be my favourite place to eat in Toronto! I have been there a few times (Brunch mostly) and during each visit, our food, service and atmosphere has been 10/10. We will be definitely returning, thank you Casa!
Oh my goodness, we are the fish and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend their cocktails. So good and very original! After dinner go sit outside and enjoy a beautiful sunset!

I had heard a lot about Casa Madeira and was really excited to finally check it out—and overall, it didn’t disappoint. The space is gorgeous, with beautiful interior design and a warm, upscale ambiance that sets the tone for a great night out.
The drinks were definitely a highlight. They offer a wide variety of creative cocktails, and everything we tried was impressive. Our server, Roberts, was also fantastic—super attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of the whole evening.
Where things fell short for me was the main courses. We tried the truffle risotto, and unfortunately, the truffle was overwhelming. It was under-seasoned and the truffle oil made the dish a bit soggy. The tacos were also smaller than expected and lacked seasoning as well.
On the flip side, the appetizers were incredible. The ceviche blanco and the salmon crudo were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
All in all, I’d go back again, but probably just for the starters and cocktails. The vibe and service were great, and there’s definitely a lot to enjoy—just maybe skip the mains.

We had high hopes.. Initially our server was friendly and the appetizers like the hamachi and corn salad were delicious. Drinks were tasty but basically 70% ice. The tacos, which were recommended, were a big miss and felt out of place on the menu. Oddly, our server left without saying goodbye or closing our table, which ended the night on a weird note.
Overall, for the price it wasn’t the best experience.

The food is super pricey and it just doesn’t hit the mark. Think $25 for two very sub par tacos that really were just not great. Hamachi crudo was delish but again sooo expensive for no justifiable reason. Yuca fries were good and so was the corn salad but nothing you can’t get for equal or better at a Joeys or a Cactus Club. I was hoping more creative food would come out considering how well thought out and conceptual everything looked in there. Cocktails are well into the $20s and have things like eucalyptus air and fire air. I mean slay I guess? Service started off good but then it got slower and slower as the night went, we just got two drinks and the second took a good while, and then he left with no warning and made shady comments about the cake my friends got me.
