As an altea member I wish catalyst would list their nutritional information. I’m sure everyone frequenting the gym has goals they’re trying to achieve. And as a space priding themselves in wellness I’m shocked they don’t offer that information! I’m sure it’s critical to many people ! I don’t use this otherwise great space cause I find I need that info, and without it I just don’t know what I’m consuming. I think this goes hand in hand with catering to dietary needs which they claim to do. Would love to see this change rolled out

Came to catalyst for a seminar. Altea is soo beautiful, and the Catalyst lounge at the club itself is a great hang out spot. The lounge offers yummy, simple meals, brunch and cocktails. I got an avocado toast for brunch and it was great! Service was lovely, and atmosphere was really nice for the seminar. It felt open and inviting!
Vegetarian options: They were cool with modifying meals to fit my dietary restrictions.

I visited your establishment to enjoy a meal and utilized my Altea gift card to pay for part of my order. I informed Nyree, the server attending to me, that I would cover the remaining balance with my debit card. However, I encountered some difficulty during the payment process.Nyree seemed rather aggressive and dismissive when I attempted to explain that the total amount displayed on the payment machine was incorrect. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation politely, she insisted that the displayed amount was correct, which led to confusion and frustration.Eventually, after a prolonged delay, the correct balance was reflected on the machine by her, validating my initial assertion. Throughout this interaction, Nyree's tone and body language conveyed a sense of impatience and negativity, which detracted from the overall dining experience.I want to emphasize that I have always enjoyed dining at Catalyst, and the welcoming atmosphere is one of the reasons why it's one of my favorite restaurants. However, encounters like this one can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise excellent establishment.I sincerely hope that you will address this matter with the lady and provide appropriate training to ensure that all staff members maintain a positive and respectful demeanor towards customers.

Chicken Avocado Sandwich. I'm not usually one for sandwiches as I opt for heartier, warmer meals especially when I dine-in, but this one hits the spot for me.I have visited Catalyst only as a guest so I don't get to come often. It's weird to say that this meal really completes the experience of visiting this gorgeous gym.

Terrible catering. We organized a birthday party downstairs and were told we can get catering and soft drinks from there. It took them 40 minutes to bring out the water despite several requests and when the food arrived late the $900 pizza was raw. Nothing was done to remedy the situation.

There’s hardly any avocado on their chicken avocado club. I was very disappointed, I ordered it since I was craving avocado. The ceasar salad was very good though!

My recent experience at Altea has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with this gym. As a Diamond Member who has faithfully supported this club for a year, I expected better treatment and consideration. The facility and staff are amazing. The concerns are with management and the owners.I often use the Altea Catalyst Restaurant area for work, but I've noticed a change in recent months - the lights have been consistently dimmed, regardless of the time of day. Today, when the new General Manager of Catalyst dimmed the lights once again while I was working, I politely requested that they be brightened. To my surprise, I was informed that the owner prefers the dim lighting in the restaurant area. Unsure how often the owner frequents this gym space.This left me with no option but to move, disrupting my work and frustrating me immensely. For a club that relies on its members and values their loyalty, this incident conveyed a clear message that they don't truly care about member satisfaction or inclusivity. It's simply unreasonable to expect people to work in near darkness during daylight hours. This lack of caring does not take into consideration those with disabilities.I've referred friends and associates to this gym because I believed in its quality and service. However, my recent experience has shown that the club may prioritize the owner's preferences over those of its dedicated members. It's truly disheartening.I hope that Altea reevaluates its policies and choices to provide a more conducive work environment during the day and demonstrate a genuine commitment to member satisfaction.

Recently opened restaurant inside the member only gym Altea Active- Great decor and lots of seating. Very convenient to grab a bite to eat after a workout! . Im looking forward to see their menu continue to evolve as they get more time under their belt. I would like to see some guest passes that dont cost money so I can bring friends/family visiting. This would bring more revenue to the restaurant are my thoughts.

Honestly so awesome .. the vibe there was exactly what you need .. super chill and comfy , but also classy and professional . Food was delicious , I personally have had the fried chicken sandwich and the ravioli .. to die for .. and also , they do not cheap out on the pours ! Not to mention the multitude of games you can play before and after you eat ! Staff is so friendly and accommodating .. couldn’t ask for much more !
Parking: Free parking for 2 hours , but you can drive out and back in and get a new ticket , if you plan on staying longer , which you’re going to want to ..
