One of the only dt mainstay bars to survive COVID, C'est What delivers unmatched atmo and chill vibes. Perfect after work drinks by the fireplace.
Food was great. My only complaint is that a group of middle aged people sat next to us and were laughing so loudly every 2 seconds. I couldn't hear what my sister was saying to me even though she was sitting right next to me. Tables around us were getting noticeably upset as well. We had to move across the restaurant and it was still so loud. None of the staff acknowledged this.

Food was decent for bar food. Good selection of beers and liquor. Bartender not very engaged or attentive but we had a good time anyway. Lamb burger was good as well as the basic poutine.
