Excellent food and drink options at reasonable prices. Thai Milk Tea tasted watered down but the Mango Sticky Rice Shokupan Toast was amazing! Great customer service but limited seating with no A/C.

This place is a hidden gem in the area. The Thai drinks are fantastic. All the drinks I've tried so far are all good, but the Cha Thai Tea has become my favourite. The thick cream topper is a really cool twist on the classic recipe. I recently tried a few of their sandwiches. So far both the satay and khao soi have been good.

Their prices are incredibly good given it's location. It's a cozy space, so seating is limited to two small tables for two and bar-style seating for two more. The temperature also tends be on the warm side inside.

I wanted to order a Food item and drink but all the seats were taken so I just ordered a signature thai tea. One of the seats seemed to be taken by 2 workers too. When I was paying I was asked if a 15 minute wait was ok and since I already had come all the way here I reluctantly agreed. When I came back 15 minutes later the standing table was free again so I tried to order an already sliced cake in the fridge, but the lady stated it would take some more time as she needed to decorate it so I ended up passing. My drink still hadn't been made yet too and they served someone else right away!

The prices are good but I don't think I'll come back as it's too inconvenient. Drink feels a bit watered down for my taste too, definitely not worth waiting 15 minutes. Its super cramped in here so if a couple of people are already sitting you can't really eat a baked good or wait 15 minutes.I recommend if you want a good value and don't care about time 🤷‍♀️

Cute little thai cafe, drinks and waffles are okay. No AC so it can be hot during summer. However service is good, Mona, the one who served us is really welcoming
