Great space. Cozy and comfortable. Service was great. Friendly and keen to provide insight. Takes the whole experience up a level. With that said, the food was only okay. Had the Meat Platter for four and the trio of dips. The duck and steak were good. Lamp and Eggplant were lacking flavour. Keep in mind the platter comes with some mashed potatoes. If you want something green, order it separately.

The owner walked us through some unique Armenian liqueur that was similar to brandy! He was sweet and lovely. The bar upstairs is also gorgeous and unique.

The eggplant dip was life-changing.

The rice in the duck dish has a very “ricey” flavour. All ingredients are not strongly seasoned but comes with its natural flavour, which is how food is supposed to taste like.

And the lamb dish comes with goat cheese on the pineapple. Very creative! Absolutely delicious!

Today we had a date night with my husband after leaving kids with babysitter. We first aimed to go to the daughter wine bar in Bayview which we had a really bad experience with the attitude of the girl in front. We ended up here for our date night. The very first wonderful experience was how friendly and amazing were the waiter and the waitress. It followed with an amazing drink and dinner. The entire experience awesome and totally worth leaving kids with the baby sitter for a date night.

What a wonderful dinning experience !!! Well decorated with calm soothing background music. We ordered Walnut martini and Sea Buckthorn daiquiri and both tasted and looked amazing!
All the food items we tried tasted delicious and the presentation was a incredible including: Armenian Eetch, Aioli chicken, Liver steak and Flower pot for dessert.
Highly recommended intimate spot, great for couples, friends gatherings or family dinner.

Vegetarian options: Roasted Cauliflower, dips, eggplant steak salads,

Amazing beer, cute place and the bar is super colorful. A must-see place near Davisville and Eglington. One of the best in Midtown. Fortunately, it wasn't that busy and we were able to listen to the recommendations about the dishes. We thought the triple dip was fantastic to start with.

Kid-friendliness: Rice with almonds and lamb ribs was an option that the little one devoured without complaining.

We have been here a couple of times now and love it. The food is authentic, well prepared and delicious. The wine list is also good, and includes Armenian wines that we loved. But the best part is the atmosphere and the service - you are made to feel right at home and the owner was very attentive. I highly recommend.

We recently hosted a private event at Chandelier, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The ambiance of the private dining area was both elegant and cozy, providing the ideal setting for our gathering.

The staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly, making sure that every guest felt special and well taken care of.

And then there was the food – Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Overall, our event was a huge success, thanks to the exceptional service, delightful ambiance, and the food. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our event truly memorable.

There is absolutely no reason for a restaurant this good to be as empty as it was on a Saturday night. The food is fresh, delicious and served with care. The drinks are unique (Oolong infused gin! Jalapeño infused tequila ) and made from scratch. The server adjusted the lighting for us to make the atmosphere more cozy, it was such a thoughtful touch. They have a summer special 3 course prix fixe menu for 55$, that is a steal for this neighbourhood without sacrificing quantity of portion or quality. Check out this place asap

Absolutely blown away. As soon as we entered we were welcomed immediately even though the restaurant was full of guests. Everyone was laughing and enjoying their evening. We were offered a couple seating options either in the back which was more private or in the middle of the restaurant. The owner personally attended to us and was full of passion from start to finish. Armenian family owned and operated. Husband and wife business. Tigran (the owner) was a gem. It was my first time trying traditional Armenian food and he was so patient whilst explaining all of the various delicacies on their menu. We chose the summerlicious menu which is $55 per person (photos attached). Tigran was extremely accommodating. He made sure to check in with us to ensure our overall experience was enjoyable. To be completely honest the whole staff exceeded our expectations. We haven’t felt this level of premium service, attention to detail and professionalism all cultivated in one while creating an exceptional ambiance experience in quite some time in Toronto. The delivery was seamless. The timing between meals was calculated perfectly without interruption of the natural flow of our dining experience. My favorite was the smoked duck, it melted in my mouth. I commend the chef as each bite evoked all my senses. The owner explained that with the duck they smoke it first as it is natural practise in Armenia to smoke meats, after that the chef pan-frys it and lastly bakes it. I highly recommended the duck it is a must try. It completely superseded any of the traditional duck breast meals that I have tried in well-known Parisian restaurants. Compliments to the chef. We also paired our meal with a marvellous dry Armenian red wine from their vintage cellar collection. It was selected by the owner and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is quaint, cozy yet full of life, passion and positivity. Upstairs can be rented out to host small events and they also have a lovely well lit patio seating area. I overheard the guests in the restaurant praising the staff on various occasions and I also noticed the owner providing equal attention to detail and delivering outstanding service to all without judgement. It was noted that the owner and Liao the waiter truly worked from their hearts and with passion and dedication. All of the dishes and decorations were flown in from Armenia. The menu was explained to us that it was created to have an equal balance so there is a taste for all approach. The wines offered are not available in the LCBO and provided by a distributor of Armenian wines. We even purchased a bottle of the famous pomegranate Armenian red wine and his prices to purchase bottles were reasonable. The background music was light and elegant and it suited the dining experience. The restaurant has been open for only one year and seven months and the reservation process can be easily done online. The reason they chose the name Chandelier is because it has an association with family, gatherings, enjoyment, dining & connecting people.

Overall, if you’re looking for quality meals prepared to perfection, this is a must try!
The experience was truly applaudable.

Went to that place and got disappointed, I expected something from Middle East but got some premade food from supermarket. The cafe is actually overrated and don’t worth the money.
1) Many items in menu is out of stock
2) Order two beers and one is cold second one is room temp.
3) Sent a wrong dish
Thanks the server to send me a right dish after we recognize the wrong one.
Got 3 dishes and 2 beers, after tax and service fee is about 140 CAD. What is to much for this place.
