I would say this is one of the most lowkey bubble tea shop in downtown Toronto. I didn’t know about it until someone took me there. It was all the way in the back of a big building. A Thai-style milk tea is my favourite. The shop was quite small but still haves many spaces for customers to sit, study, chat! They even have a corner so you can take photos as well. They have a special drink for each day, so we got to try different flavour every time we come here! The drink is really good, one of the best places ever. The price is pretty good, very affordable for students. The staff is really nice and patient, because we spent such a long time choosing the drinks. The atmosphere is quite chill and quiet, cozy as well cuz we come during winter time.

For those who enjoy a cozy place to enjoy a good bubble tea and a snack, Chapayom is a good choice.
The space is very peaceful, with soft background music, a very clean and organized space, and plenty of room to move around.
The tea house has a wide variety of bubble tea options, and you can also make some changes if you have allergies or dislike a particular item.
The prices are reasonable for the area, and the service is excellent, friendly, and prompt.
The store has excellent facilities for customers with disabilities and limited mobility, with automatic doors that close and open, a ramp for access to the store, and restrooms with automatic doors that close and open, and adapted with handrails.
If you're in the area, or even in the park, it's a good option.

I've never had any thai tea drinks, however I was in the area and wanted bubble tea. I tried the green thai milk tea with added tapioca - had a nice subtle earthy and floral flavour. I got half sugar and it was just the right amount of sweetness as someone who prefers most desserts not super sweet. Good service by the lady at the counter and definitely quality ingredients!
