Great spot to get Thai drinks/bubble tea. The service was 5/5, the ladies here are super helpful in giving recommendations and even ask and recommend ice/sugar levels. The thai milk tea is refreshing - highly recommend
I'm a little shy to admit that I visited (or ordered from) Chapayom several times within less than a week while in Toronto for a work trip. But honestly, no regrets.
In-person, especially on a cold day, this spot has a nice vibe. The woman working there was patient and friendly while my friend and I stood slightly overwhelmed by the menu. Even on a snowy day, several tables were occupied, so it felt lively without being too busy or noisy, making it easy...

The drinks here are very unique and interesting. My friend ordered the pandan Thai milk tea with pandan mochi. This was pretty good because you can really taste the pandan flavouring in the mochi. However my other friend substituted his pandan mochi with crystal boba and you can’t really taste the pandan flavouring in the Thai milk tea without the pandan mochi. As a lover of pandan and one of the drivers that made me want to come here, I really wish the pandan flavour was stronger....
