We had a very disrespectful experience with a bartender/server who was working on the patio.
I went with a group of five, and we were waiting for someone to take our order. After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes with no service, I went up to the bar in the patio area and asked the bartender if we were supposed to order at the bar or if someone would come to take our order. She said she could come to our table, so I asked her to do so.
However, when she came over, her attitude was completely unacceptable. She stared at us and said, in a dismissive tone, that they don’t usually take orders at the table and that customers are expected to order at the bar. This was our first time there, and no one had explained that system to us. Why were we treated with such hostility?
After that, she brought our drinks. About 10 minutes later, she brought the bill to our table—without us asking for it.
The whole situation made us feel very uncomfortable, so we left—just as she seemed to want us to.
We were simply sitting at the table, quietly waiting to order, not bothering anyone. We just wanted to have a good time.
I will never return to this place, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar or restaurant.
Disrespectful treatment despite being calm, sober, and respectful all night. We were a group of three, had been at this bar for several hours, drinking responsibly—two beers and two shots each over four hours. We were enjoying our time, tipping generously (25% all night), and treating staff with kindness. Suddenly, after one of our empty beer bottles accidentally tipped over, the owner swept everything away—including the fresh round of drinks I had just ordered and paid for —and refused to return or replace them.
When I politely asked for the beers back or offered to purchase new ones, I was shut down. I remained calm, sober, and respectful. He ( bald man “manager”)didn’t give a reason—just flat-out refused to serve us any further and dismissed me in front of a full bar. No one was intoxicated, no one caused trouble. It felt incredibly personal and humiliating.
There was no explanation, no warning, just a cold, unprofessional power trip from someone who clearly doesn’t value good customers or basic hospitality. Based on this experience, I absolutely will not be returning—and I’d encourage others to think twice.

Rarely add reviews but the owner/manager is a great person for which the place deserves a review. The service is always kind and courteous. I work nearby and had a work party at their establishment a month ago. I had a tab opened on my card and someone with similar name walked out with it. They went above and beyond to not only recover the card but also were generous enough to cover my bill. I stopped by few days later and they covered my pool bill again despite my insistence to pay. I left the highest tip but the high echelon of service and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated and goes a long way. They definitely earned a loyal customer in me.
Apart from that they have great pool tables and chill vibes. Great after work stop to grab a pint and play a quick game of pool!
