Dhruv was very attentive and asked about our order choices, as they had just added some menu items that we ordered. The club sandwich was yummy and stacked with meat, the bacon was superb and the sour dough was sliced right and toasted to perfection. The corn chowder was tasty but is a bit spicy but nice.

No signage to indicate whether to seat yourself for dinner service. After finally finding a clean table, it took the waitstaff over 30 minutes to acknowledge us without even providing menus. Had to consult the psychic realm just to figure out what was available.

As penzance for the wait, a small Mason jar of munchies was provided. Picture attached below

For lunch service, we were turned away for wanting only a drink. Poor organization and even worse service. Won’t be returning.

Furthermore we chose this location because food and drinks have come very fast. We've eaten here 4-6 times now. As of this experience, we won't be returning. As it took so long for service, drinks, and food.

We missed our panel at the Expo. we were quite excited to attend but unfortunately missed due to the disorganised staff.

While staying in the Westin Hotel for a conference, I enjoyed a cocktail at the lobby bar. The Empressive was $17CAD and was well balanced. It was a super busy evening as many conference attendees were also there. Although the space is far from ideal for an event, the 3 bartenders on staff were very professional and efficient. Overall, the menu is a bit overpriced but as expected for a hotel bar. Would try another cocktail on menu if I stay here again.

Broken elevators, escalators. Check before you book. If there’s an event going on it will take you 40 min to get up to your room (if you’re lucky). Would not recommend.

Hotel was awesome. We booked three suites for a week and everything met and exceeded our expectations. The suites were spacious and all areas of the hotel were clean. Staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely well trained, competent and pleasant. I would strongly recommend this hotel

Definitely would visit Toronto and stay in this hotel again! Although city view room, we did see some of the harbor and the room was clean, nice. Also good location. Had to park across the street corner since valet parking wasn't available. But it worked out well, wasn't an issue. In fact, we just kept our car parked and took public transportation around Toronto.

We had a two night stay at this beautiful harbor front hotel. The location, staff, room and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Our harbor view room was spectacular. The room was clean, well stocked/amenities and quiet. The location is close to all the activity on the lakefront with chic restaurants, water taxies/ferry boats, and popular sites within walking distance. The well maintained exercise facility overlooks the harbor and indoor pool. Kudos and many thanks to the Westin management for a memorable trip to Toronto!

This hotel is in a great location right next to the ferry that takes you to the Toronto Islands. It is also within walking distance to many of the attractions in the city. We stayed in a double balcony room that provided great views of Lake Ontario. Like many have said, the rooms are a little tired but I believe they are working on remodeling them.

Very disappointed with this Hotel.the room was OK, nothing special. No restaurant only bar meals, if you could get a seat due to the conference. Only one of four elevators in operation, had to carry our luggage down the fire escape from the fourteen floor. At 71 years old , luckily I'm fairly fit. Nothing good to say about this Hotel. It was the only disappointing part of our 50th wedding anniversary to Canada.

Lovely hotel right by the harbour in Toronto. Very convenient for the city too and walking distance from the station. Wonderful comfy bed and clean room. There were only 3 lifts for 33 floors, so we spent a lot of time queuing.

Came to the bar to enjoy a drink, Gustavo gave us excellent service with a smile. I ordered “The Current Summer” and my man got a “Make it Red” both suggestions from Gustavo and we weren’t disappointed. Thank you for such great service, he made our stay that much more better.

We paid $733/night to stay in a two double bed balcony room which looked very tired and certainly did not justify that price. The balcony had a mysterious drip coming down from the balcony above it which you could hear every night. We had to phone each day upon returning to the room at 4pmish to request housekeeping service despite declining their ‘green offer’ which included fresh towels but no housekeeping during the stay (not that the towels had been replaced either way). The second night they cleaned the bathroom but didn’t make our beds or replenish our tea and coffee. The bath tub plug wouldn’t stay plugged to fill the bath for our children and yet somehow filled up when you took a shower so you waded in water up to your ankles while showering. The measly shower curtain didn’t do anything to stop water from flooding the bathroom floor either. The safe didn’t work which they helpfully replaced with another safe that didn’t work and of the 4 elevators servicing the 30+ storey building only 2 worked so you had to wait ages to go up or down to and from your room. Parking was advertised as $35 with valet parking for $45 yet when we arrived we were told the only option was valet parking at a rate of $55. Will never stay here again.

We stayed at the Westin Harbour Castle for 2 nights as part of a Fay vacation. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, we stayed in the 31st floor and the view was amazing! The elevator was fast even though it was very busy! The location is very convenient to downtown/harbour attractions. There are lots of restaurants close by, and a Tim Hortons across the street, as well as a Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Also there’s an Excellent Sushi place about 2 minutes away. My only real issue with this place is the price! One night was $859.00 and the room is pretty mediocre for that price. Rooms are no different than the $200 a night rooms at other hotels, so unfortunately we will probably never return. But we did have a nice stay.

The worst Westin thus far. Aside from the restaurant Don Alfonso, front desk staff and the valet. Everything else was horrible. Don't even try to call for help in the room, they just hang up on you. The building is horribly maintained, this breaking especially North elevators.
