I had a very disappointing experience at Chat Time. The person who served me was extremely impatient and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my order, they shouted at me because they didn’t understand what I needed. In the end, they even threw my drink at me instead of handing it over properly. This kind of rude behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back.
