This is one of my favourite locations! It’s super convenient for students and working professionals in the area. The staff are really friendly and I’m always impressed by their customer service. Very rude workers. They got my drink completely wrong and when i asked them to make a new one they laughed at me and said “its just going to taste the same as your other one”. When i got the new drink (it was correct this time) i told them that it was perfect and thanked them. They gave me the dirtiest looks.. definitely not coming back. Own up to your mistake and treat your customers correctly

Very impatient and aggressive customer service, absolutely no respect to customers. Won’t say anything about the beverages, but some staffs are clearly giving an attitude and almost argue-mental. When u intend to request something from them or question about the order, some of them appeared to be offended and acts extremely impatiently with the question “ok is that clear?” That’s very rude.

Ordered the brown sugar pearl milk tea with oat milk, didn’t taste the same as usual and workers were playing music very loud in the speaker infront of me in the glass so I could not here what they are saying.

Bad customer service. There was a male staff who worked at the 7 pm shift on Jul 30. I just accidentally took the receipt out of the terminal cuz I thought it was my copy. He raised his voice with attitude when I found out I took it. I would gladly return it if he asked politely. Big deal. Plus the drinks were watered down and tasteless today.

Most bubble tea shops around Toronto are comparable. What makes this chatime stand out is the terrible service. The staff are (almost) always rude, unapproachable, and once I had a 20 minute wait time for my 2 drinks with no explanation. Would recommend the Alley (across the street) or Coco (just down the street) instead of this Chatime. Consistently bad service is why I won't be returning anymore.

Amidst the Sea of Bubble Tea places in Toronto, this is the Best! I Get the Matcha Tea Latte. There's a competitor out there with this drink but for that one, you can't even taste the tea! And Chatime is all about the TEA. You Can TASTE it. Or I get the Iced Brewed Oolong Tea. I think one of the Best kept secrets is that you don't have to have tapioca or a topping, or even milk. Or, this is true, you don't even have to have Sugar. Or you can reduce the sugar amount. The Tearistas are so friendly and Happy to see me when I come in :D They'll make a suggestion of one of, looks like a hundred, drinks on the board. Good if you're a Newbie! Thanks So much you guys for making my Cup of Tea So GOOD! Chatime is FUN TIME!
