Went here a couple times. They probably should have one more person working in the evening hours since it's always one person. If it gets busy with deliveries and walk ins, it'll take some time before your order will be made.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But the plastic cups are just too flimsy! Today I bought two large bubble teas and had both cups split down the side while walking them home. I went back to the Dundas east location and they only offered to pour what was left of the one tea into a new cup. I am very disappointed to say the least. Before my experience today I bought 6+ bubble teas a week. I will have to find a new bubble tea place with better cups!

I ordered a large chocolate hazelnut delight milk tea from this location today and they basically gave me a drink with water and chocolate powder. Its also supposed to have less ice but the drink has so much ice. I am so disappointed. I've ordered this drink multiple times before from other locations and they have never screwed it up as bad as this.

I gave this review because the girl was rude and chucked the drink at me I told her no sugar she didn’t listen and even just watching her make my trio bubble tea was no heart in it very disappointed of this location ? if the boss was around she wouldn’t have got away with this kind of behaviour and unprofessional.

Chatime is usually dependable, but this experience was subpar. Roasted milk tea barely had any tea in it, tasted like milk water. Hope they can follow the standardized recipes better...
