Have been ordering from this location so often that some of the staff knows me. The roasted milk tea has been so inconsistent over the year that I can’t justify spending 7$ on it anymore. My tea today (left) barely had any tea in it. That’s 7$ down the drain for milk water. It tasted gross.
Will not be ordering from this location again. Other Chatime locations roasted milk tea has always been consistently good. And it’s a shame, because the staff here are friendly.

I ordered a chatime triple, 80% sugar, less ice please. My order came out hot, which I didn’t even know was an option. The staff said, “H means hot.” But that “H” only appeared on their label, not on my receipt or the app order I placed. How was I supposed to know that?
I asked if I could at least get some ice. Instead of just giving me a cup of ice, they opened the sealed drink and started pouring it between multiple cups, at one point, there were three different cups involved. They filled one entirely with ice, which meant there wasn’t enough space for the toppings. When I got it back, the drink was lukewarm, watered down, and missing most of the bubbles and jelly — just a few bits left floating around.
When I asked if that was really the fix, they looked at me like I was the problem. All this because I didn’t understand an unlabeled “H” buried on their end of the system. A little clarity and basic empathy could’ve gone a long way.
