First time at Chatime! I’ve seen them all over but never actually gone in. I got a matcha milk (?) iced. It was a little overwhelming as I wanted dairy free or at least lactose free milk and that isn’t possible with all the drinks. I’m giving 4 stars because I always come here and it’s usually great. But the kid who made my drink today really sucks I’m sorry. The lady that took my order was nice as usual and the kid made my drink. As he was sealing it up he decided to start scrolling on his phone. Leaving the drink in the machine for a while. As a long-time Chatime loyalist since the 2000s from the Philippines, I have been so happy to find the same level of topnotch quality and service here in Canada!
This branch is particularly special because it became my happy place after the Chatime Broadview branch (once my beloved refuge) closed down. This branch is particularly special because it became my happy place after the Chatime Broadview branch (once my beloved refuge) closed down.
