Abhorrent service and unacceptably understaffed during peak lunch times.
Waited half an hour and left without ordering due to a (often) broken self-order kiosk, and relentless prioritization of mobile orders. Probably would've had to wait 10+ more minutes just to order, and I wasn't the only person in line.

I ordered the milk tea with tapioca, which came with a nice frothy top. It was delicious, and I’d definitely come back for more.

Back to school deal ends at the end of this month. 2 for $10. You have 7 flavours to choose from. You can control your sugar level and ice level. It depends which flavour you buy. Oh definitely check your subtotal before you pay to ensure you get the deal you asked for.

There’s a washroom available to use at the back of the cafe. I didn’t use it, so I don’t have any comments to share on that.
There’s a small sitting area at the back of the cafe. I noticed 1 self serve kiosk available for use. They accept credit card, debit card and cash.
I don’t recommend getting a smoothie unless it’s really hot outside because it’s mostly crushed ice. My first time trying it. My favourite flavour was sold out at the time.

Took like 20 minutes to order 2 bobas because they were so disorganized. Kiosks turned off, cashiers searching through garbage to find a simple barcode for the 2 for 10 deal. Then proceeds to fumble order and make me reprat myself like 4 times. THEN proceeded to upcharge us. Ridiculous.

gets busy but the staff do their best! the seating is pretty alright like 4 tables in the back and the window seating has 3 to 4 seats. they have a kiosk you can order from. need to ask staff for the washroom!!

I had the new 1L Strawberry Peach Glow. It was delicious and worth the price. It’s made with coconut water which is really hydrating after a walk around Toronto in the summer.
