Took like 20 minutes to order 2 bobas because they were so disorganized. Kiosks turned off, cashiers searching through garbage to find a simple barcode for the 2 for 10 deal. Then proceeds to fumble order and make me reprat myself like 4 times. THEN proceeded to upcharge us. Ridiculous.

gets busy but the staff do their best! the seating is pretty alright like 4 tables in the back and the window seating has 3 to 4 seats. they have a kiosk you can order from. need to ask staff for the washroom!!

I had the new 1L Strawberry Peach Glow. It was delicious and worth the price. It’s made with coconut water which is really hydrating after a walk around Toronto in the summer.

Ordered a drink with less ice and got 3 ice cubes? Service took 15 minutes for 1 drink with only 2 people ahead of me. When I walked in, staff immediately told me, in a rude way, to order at the kiosk. Service should be better, I’d rather go to fiftylan next door.
Great spot for bubble tea. Had a brown sugar oat milk with coconut jellies. Friendly and fast service. Would recommend this location!

ordered a large matcha latte and it taste like water, I saw the employee top up short drink with water instead of more matcha. I walk up and ask for a new one, but the employee said we will make a new one but it will taste watery. I said why. they replied because our policy said to top up short drink with water. wouldnt recommend this place.

There was one employee working and it was busy! Long lineup and she was doing it all alone. Multiple walk ins, kiosk orders and then on top of that delivery apps.
Management needs to do a better job. Definitely doing a disservice to the Chatime brand.

Staff did not understand the promotion rules. One staff accepted the order and considered brown sugar oat milk was regular drink and the other staff said no. The first staff accepted 50% off on April 17 afternoon while the latter one did not when I came to order on April 19, 2025 at 5.50 pm. I had to wait for so long just for her to call the manager but could not reach out. The staff was not friendly and did not listen to me while her English was not clear to understand. She also used rude voice while talking to me in front of other customers which made me feel embarrased. I will never come back to this store and also tell others that this store is really friendly and bad. The manager should train your staff better! Their bad attitude is NOT acceptable.
