Cha time in the stockyards is one of the more reliable bubble tea spots in the junction/west toronto area. I love that they have the reusable jars that I can bring to any location. It really cuts down on the plastic garbage I produce.
The service is fast and the tapioca is always correctly made, chewy and perfect and never dry on the inside or soft and overcooked.

We love chatime and bubble tea. This is a very busy location, so I find that they are usually backed up on making drinks or rushing them. Seating is not usually a problem. Also they tend to run out of promotional drinks very quickly at this location. It's happened to us on a few occasions.

I always enjoy coming to Chatime! The bubble tea is consistently fresh and delicious, with lots of options to customize your drink exactly how you like it. The tapioca pearls are the perfect texture—chewy and sweet. I love their peach green tea, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is usually quick and friendly, and the shop is always clean. It's definitely one of my go-to spots for a refreshing treat!

I went to the stockyards location today and ordered two chattime triples on the mobile app. I arrived within 10 minutes of ordering and received my drinks but they were very bland and watery and not at all how they usually taste as I get this drink very often. I told one of the workers that it was watery and that there was tea granules at the bottom of both our drinks and she took the drinks and stated that it was watery because we took too long to come and get them. 15 minutes goes by and she hands us the remade drinks and as I try it, it has the exact same watery bland taste and tea granules at the bottom of the drinks. I was very upset at this moment and didn’t want to create an issue as it was starting to get busy, so I took the drinks and left. I was extremely disappointed with the experience and service I had today, and will not be returning again.
Ordered the seasonal drink *Sakura peach green tea but when I got home I got no topping with my drink. The fact I even tipped too. Why do you even ask for tip when the drink wasn’t even made properly….

I ordered a buy 1 get 1 on Uber with a note “no topping in 1 of them”. When receiving it, there was only 1 drink which made me pay a lot more than the amount I was supposed to without any informing about that.

I come here few times every month and it's always such a peaceful and delicious experience. Tired their tiramisu, and it was absolutely yummy. I usually just grab a drink and sit for a long while(3hrs usually), and they they never once disturbed.
