I come here quite often. It’s a good location at the Stockyards so you can pick up other things to snack on while you’re in the area. Excellent service and drinks. We got the Taro Slush with crystal boba and the chocolate slush with crystal boba.

The customer service I’ve received at this location is unparalleled. Jenny and the team here are the kindest, friendliest people I’ve ever met. Every time I walk into this Chatime, I know I’ll get treated with a warm smile and a top tier drink. I love this location! The workers are honestly always so friendly & efficient! The space is nice too and it can get quite busy but that means that this location is good!! My fave cha time location! And the bubble teas are great; always the same quality!!

Had a taro bubble tea here and it feels watered down and flaky, instead of having real chunky taro bits. Is this shrinkflation?

I really like the cakes here, the cakes here are better than many places I have eaten before. The cakes are pretty but the downside is that you will get tired of it quickly because of its fat taste, it is still delicious anyway. 100/10 🙆♀️
I found water such as milk tea, tea, coffee not too special and delicious. But I really like the juices here, it’s delicious and less fatty than a billion times. Juice: 10/10 - Dishes with milk: 8/10 😔🙏
The space of the restaurant is spacious and odorless, I basically find it quite clean. It seems that because it is a holiday, the staff is not very excited, but they still serve very well. Staff: 10/10 🫶

It was 5 pm in May 19, when I paid my bill, I didn't get any receipt from staff, then the cashier girl with glasses asked me to remember my bill. Cashier didn't ask anything about ice and sugar level. I had to pick up my bubble tea without any signal from the staffs. They didn't call any number, just throw on the table. Also, up side down style of Chatime make me so suprise. Nice try in Chatime. And the coconut smothie, it likes water with coconut flavour.

Ordered two bubble teas and a slice of cheese cake. Bubble teas were nic3 but OMG cheese cake was so dry!!!! I wonder how old was that thing. Took a bite n i had to spit it out.. completely dry ( almost like block of cheese) Drinks were good but double check when u buy the pastry from there espcially when u pick up online order ( alr3ady boxed so u cant see how it is )
