Unfortunately, their Brown Sugar Tea is not the same as the original Chatime makes. They don't have the complete menu of Chatime they have other different ones.
I was a bit disappointed because I was very excited to think it was the closer one to me at work. However, the quality is way too far from the original.
The place is at a rich people place. Surrounded by business people. So the atmosphere is professional.
But to get my Bubble Tea...sorry I won't come back I rather walk far to the one at Dundas.

Price at this location is slightly higher than the rest of chatime. This store used to open at 10:30 am and now opens at 12 pm. Was forced to go to other bubble tea places because it opens late

I came in at around 4:30pm and they messed up my order. I ordered 2 drinks, the lady asked me to repeat my order multiple times. Not sure if it’s cause it’s the end of the day and they aren’t able to comprehend. I asked for 30% sugar and they gave me 100% sugar. Now it’s too sweet I can barely drink it.
Their Matchango drink is amazing???. The lady that was working made me try it and I was not disappointed at all! Everyone who worked there is so friendly!!!

My go-to is Onyx milktea, not sure why they don't advertise it. The quality isn't consistent... Sometimes it is so delicious and flavourful, but sometimes it tastes watery and diluted.
