My go-to is Onyx milktea, not sure why they don't advertise it. The quality isn't consistent... Sometimes it is so delicious and flavourful, but sometimes it tastes watery and diluted.

Very tasty and unique, the tapioca is very good and soft, but the price is a bit expensive. Overall, I would recommend ????

Five stars for the store manager Mimi for incredible customer service! This store has the best Brown Sugar Creme Brûlée Milk Tea - would love to see that in other Chatime locations.

I tried the Matchango drink with crystal boba which was okay. My friend got the Matcha Honey Lemon which I liked a little more but was slightly too sweet. Will definitely be ordering that drink next time at a lower sweetness level.

Went there on Jan 8, 2024 at 3pm...and got there with the store completely dark. No signs posted, no hours posted at the store front - just doors locked. How disappointing. Makes me wonder how long this place might last? A sign of non payment of rent? Good tenant's don't simply pay rent and then be closed for business in the middle of the day. Something seems off about this.

$9 for a small glass of sugary milk there’s no tea in it. actual chatime (not atalier) has much better drinks!

I was overcharged for my regular sized drink and the staff was not friendly.I tried finding contact is section but it does not work on their website. Unfair to be sneakingly overcharging people in a rush and the drink did not taste like it usually does. The coffee taste was next to nothing for the Yin Yan. They also did not give me a receipt even when asked, they seemed to have dismissed. I have transaction proof but the receipt would show they overcharged me. A small drink was $6.70 plus tax ($7.57) but I got charged close to 9 when I received a small sized drink.

Its good but it doesn't feel too different from a normal chatime. They also stopped making the 3 flavor bubble tea despite it is still on the menu.

For the same price as the regular Chatime sizes, you get less drink, especially if you have toppings. This location is frequently closed on random days and are often out of stock on certain toppings. The service is always iffy here. I feel like I'm interrupting conversation as I'm always delayed a greeting, and it hasn't felt friendly (bordering rude). I like the idea of the reusable cup but the glue on the paper top is so strong it doesn't come off so I can't reuse the cup anyway, and i absolutely hate the paper straws, they disintegrate before I can finish my drink and I'm either eating pieces of paper or picking them out of my mouth. I love a good bubble tea place and this isn't it.

I've been meaning to try this special Chatime forever. I think the idea is that it's similawdr to a Starbucks Reserve where they do fancy or experimental drinks. This one is located in the downtown core at PATH level so it was a great replacement for an afternoon coffee. The plus side of the afternoon trip is that the lines are almost non-existent. If you come by here around lunch time, the lines snake pretty far down. The bad part is that they were out of a lot of stuff at 3pm. The espresso machine was no longer working and they didn't have some of the other teas. We each had to go through a few items before there was one that was available.Of their Shimmer Series, I had the Purple Reign which is grapefruit, lychee, butterfly pea tea, and edible shimmer. When it's presented to you, it has really pretty layers where you ca see the differences in blues and the shimmery layer. Before you drink it though, definitely shake it up because the blue part is very light in flavour. I thought it was refreshing but definitely more of a treat than any regular old boba.

Not a pleasant bubble tea experience! The macha tea itself is ok, nothing special or very tasty. Paper straw is such annoying while lots of pearl stick together which destroyed the straw completely. I started drinking it only like 5 mins after walking to the office. So I doubted the freshness of pearl. I have to use spoon, very weird and disappointed. Btw, the cover is not tight at all.

It took me awhile to find the place. Turns out you need to go inside the building where the BMO bank is. Then take stairs/escalator to the floor below and chatime is right below BMO bank. I'm bad at directions so it took me 10 minutes to find it. The inside of the Cafe is pretty. Lots of options which is a bit overwhelming. The barista helped me with the choice and made the drink pretty quickly. I highly recommend trying this one out. It has drinks that other chatimes don't have
