Chatime Bubble Tea Express

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Chatime today around 4 PM. I ordered my usual Chatime Signature Milk Tea with salted caramel cream foam, pearls, less sugar, and no ice. The cashier, Cheng (or Chan), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I simply asked why I couldn’t choose the sweetness level, she didn’t bother to explain and instead yelled at me! This is basic customer service—she should’ve just explained the reason calmly, but instead, her attitude was terrible.

Another staff member had to step in to explain, which should’ve been handled from the start without the need for rudeness. This behavior is unacceptable, and if the staff can’t even manage a simple question, they should be properly trained before dealing with customers. I love the drinks here, but if this kind of service continues, I won’t be coming back. Fix your staff or expect more complaints!

I came to store on Tuesday August 20th, around 10:30 pm. The staffs provided the worst attitude and service without any reason. They took my order incorrectly and then witnessed they repeatedly messed up multiple orders, including mine. Smashed the drinks intentionally in front of customers was the way they fixed their mistakes. With numerous bubble tea stores surrounding the area, staffs who work with personal mood and poor training are the quickest way to lose your customers.

I orders the Signature chattime milk tea, it had no taste at all, it was just watery. So disappointed. You almost $7 for a regular size for just a watery

unprofessional staff, the girl was very angry and was apparently in a hurry to get home, spoke harshly, looked dissatisfied, unpleasant

This chatime use to be good now it’s gone bad the service is extremely slow bad customer service cashier is really rude she’s so grumpy, and she excepts us to tip her what for your not even making the drinks.

The cashier was rude. The people making the drinks were much friendlier. Some kids don't understand that being courteous is part of the job.

Went to get desserts a little before closing time. We got the New York cheesecake and a chocolate swiss roll. The interior seemed nice, but we didn’t stay. They also have some outdoor seating as well. Would love to try their other desserts!

Service can be hit or miss depending on who. Otherwise it’s your typical bubble tea place. They have some seats if you want to sit down which is great because many bubble tea places in the area don’t offer plenty seating.

Bakery selection is great, parking available, and quick/friendly service… yes please!My go to spot for bubble tea in the area. I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes. Drinks are made perfectly every time.
