Gabe (Chef Revolution) is top shelf. After hearing from several trusted references, we hired Gabe to cater a dinner with 8 friends. His menu choices and suggestions were flexible to guest dietary needs, and the final menu was incredible. We savoured his blackened salmon with mango salsa and wild leek sauce. The vegy side of zucchini, asparagus, and red peppers was equally delicious. His fee is very reasonable and customer care outstanding. We will definitely ask Gabe to cater future dinners. We had a wonderful at home anniversary cooking class and dinner with our friends! We requested a vegetarian menu and Chef GABE delivered a delicious and filling 4 course dinner! Our appetizer was Rice Paper Rolls stuffed with light but tasty ingredients including some juicy diced mango and a fantastic dipping sauce. We then made a Roasted Beet Salad that everyone enjoyed! The main dish was a creative and melt in your mouth pineapple teriyaki bowl plated in the pineapple shell! We finished off with delicious cake for dessert! Chef GABE had a ton of personality and the conversation and laughter flowed throughout the evening. A great celebration of food and friends that we would recommend for anyone.
