Gabe never disappoints! He’s a talented chef and makes everything easy from helping to pick the menu to being super organized and on time. He brought everything from serving dishes and bowls to dishes and cutlery that we could use for our guests, and he takes them away, making the cleanup after the party super easy. I’ve known him for several years and worked with him on catering events from 40 to 50 people off site or at my home from 6 to 20 people. And, he’s always a pleasure...
We had a wonderful at home anniversary cooking class and dinner with our friends!
We requested a vegetarian menu and Chef GABE delivered a delicious and filling 4 course dinner!
Our appetizer was Rice Paper Rolls stuffed with light but tasty ingredients including some juicy diced mango and a fantastic dipping sauce. We then made a Roasted Beet Salad that everyone enjoyed!
The main dish was a creative and melt in your mouth pineapple teriyaki bowl plated...

I got married a couple weekends ago, intimate backyard wedding with about 25 people. We had Chef Gabe for this event and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Food was great, everything was timed well and all the guests loved Chef Gabe! Definitely recommend.
