We enjoyed the food but were forced to pay the suggested tip. I normally tip based on how well the server performed her responsibilities. The server, who is also the owner based on the receipt, actually asked me to pay extra even after I finished paying using my card.

They had crazy amount of seafood including lobsters and crabs which is very high quality and on top of that meat quality is very good as well

service was iffy for basically self-serve, they didn’t tell us that our pop was included in ayce. felt like i was catfished with the video i saw to visit this place. the restaurant itself is nice and clean, however when i was picking out my food wallahi i saw a cockroach crawling around the floor - yikes. food is good for what it is, however i personally don’t think i’ll be back here - i’d rather go to any other hotpot.

Came here for dinner and definitely enjoyed the hotpot especially the all you can eat lobster and crab. Like omg!!!! They also have other seafood that’s great like the fish fall with cheese inside. Definitely coming back

I went to eat with friends at noon. There were very few people, but there were a lot of skewers, as well as Vancouver crab and lobster. Now there is no tax on the meal, but I was tipped 15%. The service was warm and thoughtful, and the drinks were delicious and the ingredients were good. It's still relatively new, so if you make an appointment with four people, it's still very cost-effective to get one person for free.
