The staff are very bad with delivery drivers. They are not professional in communicating with people. Need to improve customer standards

What in the world??????
Very bad service
Ordered through Uber Eats.
Some of the food was good.
But look: I don't know what they think pad thai is, but what they sent me ain't it. The sauce is some kind of ketchup base? It's nearly inedible.
And the deep fried banana was okay, but why are they serving that with NesQuik chocolate sauce? It was weird and unexpected.
Portions are big. But I just cannot abide the crime scene that is their spin on pad thai.

Their Google business timings say open till 10pm. We were at the restaurant 9:27. Were told they can't seat us because their last order is 9:45. Like what??? Then they will cry in a few months that they are not doing well and have to close shop because they cannot afford rent. We literally wanted to give them our money!

Tried the special, very good! A small bowl of wonton which was fantastic and a nice plate of red sauced chicken w white rice. Added a bit of hot sauce. Service was good perhaps too keen, they came by too many times, perhaps it's a thing overseas but I'd like my meals undisturbed. Overall a great edpericne, nice tasty and clean.
Highly DISAPPOINTING! I ordered delivery through Ubereats. The restaurant sent the wrong item which we cannot consume. I had clearly marked the correct item even in the notes section. It is our fasting month and now because of this lousy restaurant, we had no food to eat except some soup and rice. I called the restaurant but it seemed like they didn’t care. They made no effort to rectify their error. Will never make a mistake to order from them again.
The Restaurant had some Bento Box items as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” on Ubereats but it was obvious this was only a money making tactic and that the Restaurant had cut corners everywhere possible. Even the steamed rice tasted stale and the Sushi, was disgusting. I have never tasted worse food in my life.
1st time ordering - unimpressive, most items bland, some overly salted and spiced like the hot and sour soup.
We received atrocious attitude from the manager when we stated that one of our dishes was not what we ordered. Very rude and dismissive.

Very unprofessional staff with bad customer service and very rude with delivery drivers
The food was overall yummy. We had the Peking duck. They also gave us a roll I think of crunchy spicy salmon sushi which was really nice of them and that tasted good as well. We heard that the duck was tableside service but it wasn’t, and it also looked a bit old so we were kind of skeptical but it tasted good. Otherwise the staff were really nice and the price is pretty cheap.

Subpar Chinese food, but it's the only one in the area. So, if you need to get your fix, and don't wanna travel further north, then this is passable. Does not hold a candle to any Chinese place in Markham/Richmond Hill. And overpriced too. This place has gotten worse since the last year.
-Sushi rice was too mushy.
-Had the beef noodle soup and Cantonese Chow Mein and was left feeling dehydrated for days due to the overuse of MSG.
-Green onion pancake was hard like a biscuit instead of being soft and flaky.

The food here is good! I love the tofu and dim sum! Julia is the best! She is so friendly and lovely. We also got complimentary ice cream. I have no complaints about my visit. We will definitely come back!
