The tea is brewed fresh to order and takes some time but it tastes great. The price can seem pricey for some but coming from NYC, I think it's decent for the quality you are getting. We came on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. This location has almost no indoor seating. Outdoor seating is available with heaters.

Maybe I didn’t order the right thing but I don’t understand the hype of this place. Yes it’s super cool that you can choose your tea and they really do brew the tea for you bbt, and they have really fancy machines, but the bbt was just good. For a place that’s Michelin Mentioned I just had higher expectations. Again I might’ve ordered the wrong thing but I was not over the top wowed.

I’m sure this is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life I’ve been to this place for many times and it never disappoints I highly recommend Taro queen with black tea I’ve tried with green tea as well, but I think it tastes much better with black tea! Now I live in Japan, where there is no CHICHA San Chen😭 I really miss their Taro queen I’m sure Japanese people would love it too I wish they would open a branch in Japan😭💕

I ordered milk tea from this location and felt that the quality was not as good as the Elizabeth Street store. I’ve been a regular customer at the Elizabeth Street location for many years, and the quality there has always been very consistent. This time, I ordered the high mountain pouchong tea with cream, but the tea tasted quite astringent, with a sour and bitter aftertaste. I was a bit disappointed and hope the quality can be improved.

Drinks are amazing but service is always iffy, people who work at this location and the other one on Elizabeth have no sense of customer service. You always feel rushed and unwanted but you keep coming back for the good drinks. Wish they’d make you feel more welcomed! Especially at 10$+ a drink.

Welcomed by the aroma of freshly brewed tea, I was impressed by the variety of tea bases (six in total) to choose from. I tried their Queen Taro and the Farmosa fruit tea (Black tea, pineapple, passion fruit, apple and lemon), and both drinks had a strong black tea profile that paired well with the toppings that come with. I especially loved the chewiness of the taro bubbles, which are freshly made in-house every day.
I would definitely come back again.
The interior is bright, clean, and a very relaxing spot to hang out.
