It was my first time eating here tonight. I was very dissapounted. The chicken strips were not even a third as big as the ones you would get from popeyes, their closest competitor. Some of my waffle fries were undercooked, some overcooked and some burnt. The only bright spot were the freindly staff and clean dining area. Will not be back. Way too many options in the area to waste my $$ on sub par food.

Great hospitality, the best Chick-Fil-A service from all the stores around Toronto. Special shout out to Gigi and Jorge, they assisted me and my friend during our visit and provided a wonderful experience. Also, thank you for the milkshake, it made our experience unforgettable. Definitely coming back.

Yesterday I was in Downtown Toronto all day and I was looking for a place to get some dinner before heading back to Union Station. I stopped in this Chick-Fil-A location and my experience was positive. The burger and the vanilla milkshake were excellent, the location was well maintained and Ivan (The person that served me) has been very gentle and professional.
Like the American stores, serving hot, fresh chicken with great service.

This chick Fil-A franchisee is the worst in Toronto especially if you are ordering on uber eats. I ordered large waffle fries 4 times from this place and each time they filled it only half. See the picture!! Very disappointed and annoyed by this outlet.
Always get the grilled nuggets.
