For the first time in my life, after waiting 20 minutes at a fast-food restaurant, the attendant told me there was no cutlery when my food was ready. What was the solution? I went out and requested from other restaurants. Not to mention that two dishes with different toppings appeared the same.

Never ever picked up a single phone call. Had this multiple times in the past. Online order cancelled without notifying, no response from store when called.

My table at the front both of the restaurant is broken, as I sat down the top of the table is not screwed down so it came on tumbling over me, 1st clue, I ordered 3 piece with fries dark meat, came with a drink and a biscuit with fries, the biscuit was stale and the chicken was over cooked extra extra extra crispness, the leg was edible after removing all the crispness, and the fries were pretty decent overall I would give this meal 3 out of 10, glad I was able to save two women from experiencing what I just experienced. Although I did wait a bit, I was informed that it would be at least over 15 minutes, the issue is not the waitting, the issue was with the quality, there is no reason to server a customer a stale biscuit, but that explains why the rest of the meal failed, thank you for nothing!
