I visited this location around 8:17 pm and ordered two chicken bowls to go. Since I had to walk home in very cold weather, I asked for a carry bag. The cashier told me they needed to save the bags for the rest of the night and that they were meant for “bigger orders.” I’m honestly not sure what that means — two full bowls are not exactly a small order. The bag itself is medium-sized, not something extraordinary. What disappointed me more was the way the conversation was handled. I tried asking a few times, but I felt cut off and dismissed while he moved on to other work. As a paying customer, I was simply hoping for a little understanding. Interestingly, I had the same order from this store yesterday and was proactively given a carry bag without even asking. I completely understand managing supplies, but the communication and attitude could have been much more customer-friendly

They make so many burrito bowls that they forgot how to wrap a burrito. Could barley get though half without it falling apart

Great spot for comfort food with reasonable prices and generous portions. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was delicious. The ingredients tasted high quality and everything felt fresh. I also appreciated the fountain drink station, which gives you a good variety of soda options. When I asked for extra rice, they happily accommodated, which shows they are very customer-friendly.
That said, the cleanliness could use some improvement. The floor was a bit dirty and sticky from a spilled Coke, and I had to wipe down my table before sitting. Overall, the food is very good and the service is nice, but better hygiene would really improve the experience.

January 15, 2026 (edit) Unfortunately, this location continues to disappoint. The service was unfriendly and uncomfortable, especially over a simple request to try a new protein. The ordering process felt chaotic despite me being in line, and communication about promotions was unclear. I also previously called about a lost item and was told I would receive a call back, but when I followed up, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. On top of that, I noticed that I previously had over 4,000 points in my account, and when I checked again, it was suddenly back to 0 with no explanation. To make things worse, I found something yucky in my food while eating (photo attached), which completely turned me off. On top of that, my bowl wasn’t sealed properly and spilled all over my bag. I usually like Chipotle, but I’ll be avoiding this location and going to another one instead.

Very disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill (Midtown). The food was cold and overly salty, which really affected the taste. The place was also untidy, with dirty tables that hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, it did not meet the usual standards I expect from Chipotle.
Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and super friendly staff made my burrito bowl perfection. Quick line even at peak times, highly recommend this spot for healthy, tasty

Such an inconsistent chipotle. It really depends who makes your order that day. Paid for a salad with 1 extra protein. Barely any greens (Salad) and 0.5 portion from each protein so ended up paying $25+ for staying hungry (I usually cannot finish...)
Vet your people at the to go counter, they provide inconsistent quality & portions since this isn't the first time it happens... or maybe they do it on purpose for mobile orders?! 🤨

A huge shoutout to Maddie and the Midtown team for fixing my Doordash order! They sent me the wrong person’s burrito by mistake, but upon calling the restaurant about it, Maddie offered to send me two burritos free of charge upon me placing another small Doordash order. I ordered a single soda, and received two sodas with my two burritos! I really appreciate you making this right and I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you and happy holidays! 😊🎄

they always missed to put sour cream . I don’t get to check my order, because they always call me right away to pay and SPEED UP the line. I told them to put sour cream in my order but nothing again. this happened a lot of times now. I think i will have to really keep on eye on my food cause they ALWAYS miss it!
