Usually a great experience here but today, the employee refilling the ingredients splashed hot water on me and my partner’s legs and feet. Thankfully, we were mostly covered but it still slightly burned the skin. When we talked to her about it, she pretty much said it isn’t her problem since someone else will clean it. No apology or anything. Horrendous attitude for someone who scalded us.

I had an horrible experience on Friday 2nd of May at chipotle located at Sherway Mall. I ordered a veggie bowl and a side of Guacamole and notice that there was big bug in my Guacamole. As I was sitting in a food court I immediately went to one of the employee and told about this horrific situation. The employee took all the details about the food and filled the incident report and told that I will get a call from the office. I have been eating chipotle since long time and never expected this lack of hygiene from them.

I waited in line twice. Both times I waited long enough to notice that Sidney is VISIBLY the hardest working employee at this location! Without her delegating work to her co-workers, half of counter would be empty and stay empty. She is the only reason for a 5 star rating! Note, the only reason I know her name is because I went back to ask both her name and role.

I recently visited chipotle after long time i really wanted to have chipotle.I went to the store at sherway gardens.I have never seen a chipotle or any of the store untidy like .The whole food counter from the pickup table, billing counter was covered with food particles,lettuces leaves looks like someone throw the wrap over the counter.I wanted to have the brisket wrap .The people who are making the order do not show minimum customer care .finally i got the food and she literally throw the bowl into the paparrbag and it went upside down .I looked her and she is just standing unresponsive.I see the customers looking to the restaurant wondering what’s happening there.In my mind there is a standard the food chains keeps especially in a place like sherway gardens.I really believe the team serving at evening shift should show some respect to the customers
