I’ve had issues at this Chipotle location twice in a row. Both times, I was charged for guacamole that I did NOT order. I only noticed after checking my receipt later. When I went back, they refunded me, and the manager said it was a “staff training issue” because they were busy.

Once is a mistake — twice in a row feels like overcharging for add-ons customers didn’t ask for. Most people don’t check their receipts, so this is a big concern. I hope they fix their process because this is very frustrating and makes it hard to trust the location.

Today i bought bowl but chicken was dry , rice not fully cooked ( hard brown rice )
Atleast don’t eat here today.

I forgot about my experience after long time and eat here again on dt 17th Nov 2025. Again brown rice not enough cooked and portion small , not even filling bowl full

Your prices have gone up and your portions have shrunk!!!! I got a chicken bowl , rice was one scoop and chicken ten little pieces at best, the bowl was half full? I would like a refund just awful and was room temperature, please serve hot food

Came here today for the Jays game BOGO and was really impressed by the staff they had on shift - it was very clear that they were working hard to ensure everyone who lined up was served within the allotted timeframe. Speedy service delivered with courteousy!

The staff here are noticeably different from other locations, and not positively—they just stare instead of asking about preferences, like mild or hot sauce, or engaging with customers. Portions also seem smaller, likely to avoid extra prep work. The employees’ overall attitude feels unmotivated and indifferent.

The food was so disgusting and inedible. I wasted $60 on Uber Eats just to throw it in the garbage. I ordered food for my daughter but didn’t let her eat it because it was extremely salty and tasted terrible. After two bites, I threw up. I will be contacting Toronto Public Health to report possible food poisoning. I’m calling to report to toronto Food and safety

Amazing portion sizes. Very friendly female staff members. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying! The burrito was packed full with perfectly seasoned fillings, and every bite had a great balance of rice, protein, and veggies. The burrito bowl was just as delicious
