Best Chipotle location in the Toronto/Etobicoke area. It's in a food court, but generous portions (assume due to super competitive options available right beside it) and freshest taste. The number of online/delivery orders can get super annoying at times, however.

I had a steak and chicken bowl on the advice of the server. He was nice but he didn’t know what was in the chicken pastor which is a specialty bowl for a limited time. So I opted for the combo of two proteins. The steak was very, very chewy. To the point that it was inedible. 3/4 of my steak went into the garbage, unfortunately! The actual bowl was meh; the temperature of my bowl was more like a salad temp, the onions in the fried veg had been cut way too thickly too. I haven’t had chipotle in awhile and I may not want to have it for sometime after today’s late lunch!

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. They out quite literally 1/3 of a scoop of chicken and I ask for a normal amount and they said it would be extra. The attitude of the employees was very sub par will not be back. Used to love it!

I ordered couple burritos for my family. The total was $26 and I wanted to pay with $25 Sherway Gardens Mall gift card and charge the remaining balance on my credit card. I was told by the manager that they are an American Company and I can not pay with the gift card because the amount on the card was less than my bill. Absolutely unbelievable. Every outlet in the mall can do that except Chipotle.

Why would you wrap a taco in just tin foil? Extremely difficult to eat and I probably ingested tin foil as it was all stuck to the taco.
First and foremost you need to retrain your staff, which should also include ensure ingredients are fresh and look presentableOrdered a burrito confusion between three different individuals to make this product.. as this was being assembled, each item that I ordered was being lumped on top of each other, creating this massive big ball of guck with juices pouring out, which then has a wrap become extremely soggy… show me the ingredients to pick and choose from did not tell me that guacamole was a three dollar additional cost in addition cold ingredients from the tomatoes with the meat and the warm beans bad combination… Took three bites and threw it out…. horrible experience will never go back to a chipotle again….Lots of competition out there for this type of food. This location at Sherway Gardens needs to step it up

Uber eats from here and got a bowl and got a huge chunk of onion and the rest of the onion and green peppers were raw and not cooked. I can count the amount of black beans i got which was 6 and maybe 5 pieces of chicken. ?
