This particular branch served really fast primarily bec they cater to the Financial District crowd. So expect lots of diners on peak times. (Sans no photos)

Portions are small. If we ask for more, we get a stare! Additionally the person at the checkout throws food/bowls into the bag rather than keeping them. Twice she ended up actually tearing the bag and looked at me as if I was responsible. Dining area is never clean.
I understand lunch time is busy but the folks behind the counter just dumps stuff in without “listening” what the customer is telling them. Speed shouldn’t be at the cost of inconsistency and ignorance. The people working behind the counter need to calm down and pay attention!

Not a good experience, portion sizes are terrible and the server was basically yelling. They are moving to quick that they don’t even take time to really ask what you want or modifications you want to make. Would not recommend

Food portion is so small. The staff gave me like a sprinkle of corn, a pinch of fajitas and 8-10 pieces of steak. If I didn’t ask for extra lettuce, I would have had a bowl of nothing for my salad bowl.
What’s more concerning is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Trash can is overflowing. Tables are covered with food scraps, receipts, and half eating food bowls. The location isn’t even that crazy and no one seems to care enough to clean up the dining area.

Ordered double meat and they gave me two scoops of meat but the scoops were not even half full. Barely got any meat even having paid for extra. Staff were also rushed as they were closing in 30 minutes. Burrito was poorly made and fell apart. Staff clearly don’t care, would only recommend if no other options available.

Chipotles vary wildly from location to location. This is one of the locations that gives you incredibly tiny portions. Even after asking at basically every topping to add more, my bowl was still super tiny. Not to mention every time I asked for more toppings I get the stink eye from the worker as if it was some incredible inconvenience.

I went to order 2 veggie bowls and since i dont add any protein to the bowl, i asked for a little extra rice and beans so the bowl size is not small. The lady that was making it acknowledged my request and still added the half 2 scoops and upon asking for a little extra made a face. Going further she didnt even listen to what i was saying and kept adding stuff that i didnt want in both bowls. The whole process was so rushed that they dont even wait to listen. I was so disappointed and felt so bad about the whole experience. My bowl was so sweet when i had (because she put so much corn on mine) that i didnt even ask for. The female staff there especially need to keep their cool and really listen to what the customer is saying. I will probably be not going to this location anymore which is unfortunate because its the closest to my home.

It was just ok, but really pricey. Nothing special, but all the women who were working there were so polite, attentive and helpful. Honestly it was my 1st time that I tried Chipotle, and I expected sth more. But it was just average, with over priced bowl. 3/5. The chairs were the worst part of that branch.

Portion was real small for a $17 meal. They do tiny little scoops. The brisket was nice, tender and flavourful though. There’s a lot of seating space available but the place is so busy that you might have to wait a bit to get a spot.

The chicken burrito bowl was very tasty and the guacamole definitely made it taste better. There were different kinds of hot sauce that added a nice spicy kick to the flavor. The burrito bowl was worth the wait and the service was quick. I would probably come here again.
