Ordered pick up with uber eats. I find it easier to see my options when it’s written out. I got there and waited at the pick up sign. Got totally ignored. Apparently I had to be aggressive and insert myself into the cash line to get the cashier‘s attention. The order was sitting to the side that whole time. The bottom was wet and food was cold by then.

Meh. I was excited to try Chipotle, as my son said it was great. So, I get in there, and notice almost EVERYTHING has cilantro in it!!! That is the devil’s lettuce! 🌿 The rice, the meat, everything. So, I ordered a burrito, and the strange thing is they grill the shell before everything goes in, and not after, so the cheese doesn’t melt? Weird. Anyhow, I got brown rice (with cilantro), refried beans, chicken (with cilantro), salsa (with cilantro) sour cream and cheese. It was a good size, I will give Chipotle that. But, without the cheese being melted, it was just ok. Don’t know if I’d go back. Also, tables were very dirty, and seating was limited. The only thing I really appreciated was the variety of beverages (as captured in the picture).

If you are looking for a quick bite in this part of town, Chipotle will not disappoint. We had their Chicken Bowl with Gaucomole and the order took about 5 minutes. The food was pretty good and it was not spicy. Definitely worth a visit.

I really wanted to enjoy my barbacoa bowl, as I often do in other location, however the experience was a letdown. The staff were kind but I noticed they plated less food than some of the other locations and handed me a bowl that was only about 1/2 full at best. But more importantly, I didn’t feel well after my meal and had some digestive discomfort later on. While I can’t say for certain which ingredient caused it, I think it’s important for management to be aware and double-check food handling practices. This was the first time I had such issue with Chipotle food. I hope this was just a one-off, since the atmosphere and service were otherwise pleasant.

💥edit: i also would love to point out chipotle responds with a “reach out here” to contact chipotle and when you go to put location it’s all american when you search Toronto, no canadian locations come up. Instead of dealing with the problems they are clearly sweeping it under the rug. 💥
my boyfriend and i travelled from st. catharines via train to get chipotle and to say the least we are very disappointed. staff were talking amongst themselves about personal lives, no air conditioning and no seating. they gave us stingy portions, my boyfriend had to ask numerous times for more of everything and when they did they would pick up 1-2 extra peppers or meat, they were doing quarter size scoops, the steak was all gross, full of fat and cartilage. i miss when this chipotle location was top tier. 😖

Chipotle, y’all really outdid yourselves today. As a regular customer, I expect consistency—but instead I got the tiniest portion ever buried under a jungle of lettuce. Like… be serious. If I wanted to eat leaves, I’d go graze in a field. Shoutout to the guy working right now—you served attitude AND starvation in one bowl. Incredible talent. Please keep that same energy… just far away from my orders.
