Very small portions compared to other outlets. Asked for extra sour cream to offset other toppings I dont get and the lady gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me. She proceeded to give me a regular scoop of sour cream.

Nov 2024 Basic Chipotle outlet which is a Mex fusion style fastfood resto.
This particular branch served really fast primarily bec they cater to the Financial District crowd. So expect lots of diners on peak times. (Sans no photos)
Ideal for short distance takeaways

Portions are small. If we ask for more, we get a stare! Additionally the person at the checkout throws food/bowls into the bag rather than keeping them. Twice she ended up actually tearing the bag and looked at me as if I was responsible. Dining area is never clean.
I understand lunch time is busy but the folks behind the counter just dumps stuff in without “listening” what the customer is telling them. Speed shouldn’t be at the cost of inconsistency and ignorance. The people working behind the counter need to calm down and pay attention!

Not a good experience, portion sizes are terrible and the server was basically yelling. They are moving to quick that they don’t even take time to really ask what you want or modifications you want to make. Would not recommend

Food portion is so small. The staff gave me like a sprinkle of corn, a pinch of fajitas and 8-10 pieces of steak. If I didn’t ask for extra lettuce, I would have had a bowl of nothing for my salad bowl.
What’s more concerning is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Trash can is overflowing. Tables are covered with food scraps, receipts, and half eating food bowls. The location isn’t even that crazy and no one seems to care enough to clean up the dining area.

Ordered double meat and they gave me two scoops of meat but the scoops were not even half full. Barely got any meat even having paid for extra. Staff were also rushed as they were closing in 30 minutes. Burrito was poorly made and fell apart. Staff clearly don’t care, would only recommend if no other options available.
