The only thing they definitely need to adjust is that they should be more attentive to the cleanliness of the tables and the bathrooms. In the 40 minutes we were having lunch with my family today Sunday, none of the employees took the initiative to clean the tables on which many of their customers sat to eat over the residues and used napkins from previous people.

No rice at all. When I asked if the portion I was given was the correct size I was told it was the standard. For chipotles standard and quality this was horrid. Any other location gives the proper amount of rice, this location did not. Such a waste of my money. My entire bowl was toppings and no rice. I’m going to go to the Queen street location instead. I recommend that everyone else does too.

This location is usually good but I went there tonight and the girl was so skimpy on my toppings! I had to ask for a little more of everything! C’mon now, this is just plain rude! Had to pay for extra meat as she gave me half a spoonful. I wanted more corn but at that point, I was just irritated.

Just a year ago this was my go-to place for fast food. Visited this place today, and the food quality has gone down significantly. The quantity of food is also less but at this point, I feel that's a good thing since the taste was disappointing, to say the least.Service was not the best, I saw the employees scoop in as little as they possibly could. I guess corporate mandates to bring in more profits with each scoop.Adios Chipotle, you will not get my money from now.
Food is always tasty and fresh and I highly recommend it to folks in the neighborhood! If you go I recommend the al pastore chicken.

I would say about 10% of the brown rice was uncooked, NOT undercooked. Like "break a tooth" crunchy raw rice. I tell one of the workers & they're "so sorry". Couldn't enjoy my meal at all.
