These people can’t take simple orders and don’t work together effectively as a team. They charger me and my freind asked to split a bowl and some how the final price came out to 36 dollars.

I had previously visited and enjoyed the chipotle from this location a long time ago and it was good, but this time I believe the server did not closed the bowl properly and did takeout the food. when I reached home , my food was messed up and my bag pack got dirty with the food in it , it was very disappointing 😕

Sorry but they have everyone working at double speed so it's a complete mess. My burrito was sopping wet and half open with a bunch of wrong ingredients. For $15? Give me a break

Racist Indian employees, only giving decent portions to their own people who speak their language… seen that twice now. They spilt my bowl half way through and refused to refill it to the previous portion. Cashier straight up lying to customers saying they can claim their rewards point from the feedback site. Never going back

Worst chipotle. Less meat compare to other chipotle. Rice is too salty. They don't give more vegetables even i ask for. I guess this store manager train their workers like this. I would not go to this location for chipotle.
They don't put much meat. Not worth it. There was avacado peel and what seemed to be avacado stem or pit. I told them but they didn't care much, likely because it is ordinary. Washroom was filthy with no toilet paper or paper towel.

I came in this morning to order a bowl and felt like I walked in during the staff’s break. They were super rude, making me feel like I was being a bother just for ordering—despite saying “please” and “thank you” with every request. I understand that not everyone wants to be at work at 11 AM on a Friday , but when I’m paying over $25 for a bowl, the least I expect is some courtesy, like a “thank you” or a simple “have a nice day.” I won’t be coming back.
