Great quality, big portions! Other branches need to learn
Sad excuse of a branch… portion size is MINIATURE. Service is no better but I sense the employees are timid due to bad management. I regret stepping in there
Not open on time
Typical Queen St , either awesome or mediocre and we got the latter treatment.
Place was slow, so lots of staff to help build the dish but tables and floors in eating area weren't clean.
Probably not making this a regular stop.
Food was okay but to the lady working the register today (May 20th), passive aggressiveness without a reason is not good customer service.
Very unique atmosphere.
Good location at downtown Toronto.

The steak in the bowl is inedible. All the pieces were overcooked and cannot be chewed. It's like eating rubber, in addition they gave us a ton of pieces with a ton of gristle/cartilage. Eventually someone is going to choke on a piece of meat, because it's so tough.
Avoid this place if possible.
I thought chipotle said they would increase their portions. This lady gave me the TINEST amount of protein possible as if I was taking it out of her pay check. Embarrassing amount of chicken in my bowl I pretty much paid for beans and rice.

I have been going to this location since its opening a few years back as I live in the area but the past few months of declining food and service have led me to make this review. I’ve tried multiple times through mentioning in person to the manager and submitting feedback online that they are running out of ingredients by the evening (7-8pm), specifically the salad mix base for the salad bowls. They do not offer any alternative nor do they mention it to you, instead they just grab you some lettuce. This has happened around 8 of the 10 times I have gone in the past few months and is what has led me to go less. During my most recent visit last week, I was in line ordering and they didn’t have enough salad mix but I was tired of mentioning it because nothing changes. The lady behind me in line knew the staff and was able to get the attention of another staff member to help her order over me. We both wanted the smoked brisket but there was only one portion left so we were forced to split the one portion and I find out that this lady was a staff member on break. At this point it didn’t surprise me that something like this would happen and I don’t think things will change but I’m just giving a heads up to future customers.

They called and emailed me for the interview process. However, I went there and they were like it's a machine mistake, we are under construction and don't enter, blah blah blah...
I really felt like a waste of time and money. Worst Chipotle Mexican grill I've ever seen.
