I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience.
I visited this location to order a steak bowl and was informed that the steak would take approximately 10 minutes to prepare. I indicated that I was happy to wait; however, the response from the staff member felt dismissive. I also requested a double portion of steak, which was acknowledged. When the food was ready, it took closer to five minutes, and the portion provided did not reflect a double serving. During assembly of the bowl, the amount of vegetables was limited, and the vinaigrette was not initially offered. I had to specifically request the dressing.
This has unfortunately not been an isolated incident. On multiple prior visits, I was told that steak was unavailable, not due to a lack of inventory, but seemingly because additional meat was not being prepared.
I arrived at the restaurant approximately an hour and a half before closing, so I expected the full menu to be available. Overall, the experience was disappointing and required unnecessary effort to receive items that should be standard. I hope this feedback helps improve service at this location

I can no longer come to this location! The food is a lot less and the meat is pure fat. Portions are so small and not edible! Tons of other restaurants in the area! Never coming back!

the bowl was mediocre at best - i asked for extra lettuce. i got 7 strands of lettuce.... the drink station is a mess and dirty.
Chipotle is one of my go to places but this location is always disappointing. Ordered a salad bowl today and the quantity is way too less, also used my points to get the chips and they were all stale.. Though I paid for quac but it also tasted too sour. I have had so much better at other locations.

Asked for double chicken for my bowl and the lady working on this location started pouring half the scoops for my bowl... I have been to other locations before and customers do notice such behaviours... Thank you for your attention to this matter

I've always appreciated the generous portion sizes and the variety of options at Chipotle. It's great being able to customize your meal, and the braised beef has been my go-to for a long time. Unfortunately, the food, especially the beef or the rice, has become consistently too salty for my taste. After several visits hoping it would improve, I’ve decided to stop going. I wish the seasoning were better balanced because otherwise, the quality and variety are solid. Also, the staff could be nicer and more friendly? Sometimes, they just stare at you instead of greeting you!

Chipotle is one of my go to places and I really like it but this location needs to do better. The serving size at this location is way lower comparing to any other chipotle locations. The service isn’t the greatest. The food quality is not as good comparing to other chipotle locations.
