Chipotle is one of my go to places but this location is always disappointing. Ordered a salad bowl today and the quantity is way too less, also used my points to get the chips and they were all stale.. Though I paid for quac but it also tasted too sour. I have had so much better at other locations.

Asked for double chicken for my bowl and the lady working on this location started pouring half the scoops for my bowl... I have been to other locations before and customers do notice such behaviours... Thank you for your attention to this matter

I've always appreciated the generous portion sizes and the variety of options at Chipotle. It's great being able to customize your meal, and the braised beef has been my go-to for a long time. Unfortunately, the food, especially the beef or the rice, has become consistently too salty for my taste. After several visits hoping it would improve, I’ve decided to stop going. I wish the seasoning were better balanced because otherwise, the quality and variety are solid. Also, the staff could be nicer and more friendly? Sometimes, they just stare at you instead of greeting you!

Weird interaction today, first time at this location but I enjoy Chipotle on a weekly basis at the office. I walk up to the line and started my order. The young man just looked at me and walked away. So I waited for for another staff, buy she started the order for the 8 year old behind me. 10 minutes later the first man came back and did not say a word. Dude this is Yonge and sheppard, and there are 50 restaurants within a 10 minutes walk. The tables were dirty, my burrito was barely warm. It is like no one cares anymore. First and last time I eat at this location. I should have looked at the Google reviews before ordering

Chipotle has always been one of our favorite places to eat, and this was my first time visiting the location on Yonge Street in North York. I was pleasantly surprised that they were open on Victoria Day, so I decided to drop by!
Since I was really hungry and wanted to get my food quickly, I placed an online order in advance. As soon as I arrived, I was able to sit down and enjoy a delicious burrito right away.
This time, I ordered a Burrito with half chicken and half barbacoa, black beans, mild tomato salsa, medium corn salsa, medium green salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. As always, it tasted amazing, super juicy and packed with flavor. The beef and chicken were both delicious. I usually add brown rice to our burrito, but this time I decided to try it without rice, and I actually liked it even more! The flavors of each ingredient came through more clearly, and it felt lighter and healthier too.
The staff were all really friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. Their energy and positivity made the dining experience even better!
Both the restaurant and the washrooms were very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great visit—I’ll definitely be back!
