Worst burrito I've ever had. Twice! I thought the first time was an accident as I've enjoyed chipotle many times at other locations. Felt like and tasted like I swallowed metal fragments. Throat and stomach hurt rest of night. That was on the second try. First time was just really crappy and somewhat stale.

This chipotle is hands-down, the best in the city. I am a Chipotle Connoisseur. The food is always fire. Staff is really hard working and friendly. Whoever owns this franchise location is clearly focused on training and culture. If you’re going to Chipotle in Toronto, do it right and go to this location 🫡 5 stars all around

The staff here showed clear racist behavior and judged us based on our appearance, assuming we were delivery drivers or had come only to pick up an order. The way we were treated was humiliating and unacceptable.
Customers should think twice before visiting, especially based on how you dress—because apparently that determines how much respect you get here.
What’s worse is that the owner doesn’t seem to care about customer reviews or complaints, which makes it obvious this behavior is being ignored or tolerated.
Many people have faced similar treatment at this location, and it’s time this issue reaches Chipotle corporate. This kind of discrimination has no place in a global brand.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I would rate 0 stars for this restaurant but unfortunately there’s no way I can do so.

Store says it’s open at 10:45 but they don’t accept online orders and even if you reach restaurant, person working over their will make you wait just to clean their store and accept order post 11AM.

Chipotle employees skimp on that chicken like their life depends on it oof. So evil to do that when it does genuinely taste good. You're just left with a sour stack of rice at the end.

I always go to this chipotle location since its really close to my workplace but today I came in during the lunch rush when their systems crashed. I understand it was a stressful situation especially if the line wrapped around the store and even continued outside, they still remained calm and professional. They were quick to assess the issue and tried to get support right away. The workers immediately apologized and explained the situation. They stayed calm, and interacted with the customers while they waited for it to get fixed. Luckily they got it working again but could only take cash and I was still able to get my bowl. After a situation like this, I have a lot more respect for the workers at this location.

We went on Friday around 7:30. The lady serving could not have the worst possible face serving. Like the “idgaf” about what I’m doing face if people know what I’m saying. I went out with my girlfriend on what was supposed to be a nice dinner since we both love chipotle, but it was a horrible experience (for me). The lady serving, idk if she didn’t like the fact that I was a man or the way I talked I honestly didn’t know. But I got a couple of “what do you want? 😐”. And the food was half of a spoon full. I should’ve taken a picture of it because of how little that lady served me. Now, on the other hand my girlfriend got the exact opposite. Nice face nice tone when serving her and most important healthy size portion servings. So I go to pay and of course I don’t mind paying 18 bucks for a Jarito and some carnitas bowl. But like come on. You should under no circumstance treat your customer like he just killed your dog or something. I then asked my girlfriend if I was imaging stuff about the woman who served me and it turns out she thought the same thing from her perspective!!!! Abysmal service for 18 bucks that I’ll never get back truly awful. (No complains about the cashier she was super nice and best of all spoke Spanish and actually acted like she wanted to be there!) Chipotle, seriously though, please hire people who will serve your customers with a smile on their face. Last thing I want is crappy service and mediocre food portions after a long day at work.
