Nice atmosphere, fast/friendly service. But the burrito left a lot to be desired. It’s barely heated for a few seconds, no offer to grill it and became a gooey mess. And tasted bad, completely saturated with salt

The staff always seems in a rush, which leads to poorly made burritos that fall apart after a couple of bites. It feels like they’re just trying to move the line along, and they don’t really care about the quality of the food or the customer’s experience. On top of that, the attitude of the employees is a bit rude—like you’re inconveniencing them by just ordering. If you’re going to charge extra for guac, at least make sure the burrito isn’t a complete mess. Not impressed.

Had the absolute worst experience here ever. Ordered through Uber and got 1/3 the amount of food and then got verbally abused by two women that refused to believe I got so little food. Absolutely disgusting to spend 15.05 plus tax on a bowl that has only 312 grams of food in it.

The food was so salty, felt they poured a cup of salt in the beans and meat. It was so salty that it was inedible. I would starve before I ate here again. The chips I got, I thought was ok but some of them were soft. I complained and got a replacement but this bag was the same. The only thing good was the guacamole. Although the guacamole was smooth, I do prefer mine to be a little chunky. Never coming here again.

I’ve ate at many Chipotle locations, but this one stands out for sure.
Food quality and portioning is very consistent. With many of the other Toronto locations, you never know what to expect. But I know that I can expect tasty food when I come to this location.
Staff is also very pleasant. Very welcoming and helpful group of people.

Service was fast. But food quality is not I paid for. Little more then half bowel of food quantity. Not everything put in the food, even asked for all veggies. Showing speed to lid it up and start serving next customer. Not marked my spicy and not spicy bowel.
