The shawarma is exactly like Lagos Sharwarma! And the creamy pasta!! OMG! It took me back home!! You have a loyalist now.
The portions for each were also very generous and rightly so because it’s not cheap.

Usually order the Lagos Shawarma with the spicy sauce and it’s the closest I’ve had to authentic Lagos Shawarma.
It’s a decent serving size as well so all in all 5/5.

I've been very impressed with chopped and spiced since coming across their Instagram page while doom scrolling last year. Their food is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with authentic tastes that really stands out. I've had almost everything on their menu, and I still can't pick a favourite dish because their food is that good and tasty. Their puff puff reminds me of home, and i never fail to include it in my order (if you're a big fan of the nigerian puff puff, then you'll enjoy this).
I'll definitely be ordering again and again and I truly recommend to others who want a true taste of Nigerian cuisine.

I always get suya bread, fried rice, and jollof rice and honestly, it never misses. The suya bread especially is something else… I can’t even explain it, just know it tastes amazing every single time. It’s exactly like it looks in the picture, taste is great, and it feels more like home.
I usually grab some every Saturday it’s become my little weekend routine😁. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Whenever i requests for extra sauca I always get it double extra😊Highly recommend!

The worst service know to my existence. If you have time to waste order from here. They say call 30/40minutes, even if you call 2 days before the order still won’t be ready. First and last time. 0/100 won’t recommend. Unprofessional staff, zero customer service.

Food was good. Shawarma was okay, except that they didn’t put my extra sausage in my second order.
NOTE THAT if you place your order online, you are REQUIRED to bring your picture ID to redeem your order.
Not only would they sight the ID, they would also TAKE A PICTURE of your photo ID???
This is totally unacceptable and you should streamline your processes to address any issues you have with your online order redemption so that you’re not forcefully taking and retaining your customer’s personal information.
Also, pre-inform customers on your ordering platform that they would need to bring their ID, you would take and store their ID, what you would do with that information and how long you would store it for BEFORE they checkout.
UPDATE: The business called me almost immediately after my review and apologized about my experience, they explained their rationale and promised to update their ordering platform. Food was good tbh but my 1 star was due to the customer journey. I’d be updating to 3 stars now. Hopefully I have a far better experience in future
The wait time for the food is too much. Sharwama should not take more than 15 minutes to prepare. The wait time was over an hour. That is really bad and has not been improved. Thank you.

If you’re looking for some good Nigerian food this is the place to try. Everything was good from the suya to the jollof rice with turkey and the shawarma. It was worth the drive. I’ll be seeing you guys again. Just delicious.

Worst experience ever. I picked up a order and they took more than 1 hour to prepare and they kept saying it will be ready in 10 mins. They behave very rudely. My opinion would be do not order from here anything.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the beef Suya, Smokey jollof, beef shawarma and creamy Suya pasta, and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful and beautifully presented. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied.
