Always delicious and satisfying. Not too sweet. Love the choux and tarts. Tons of flavour in the tarts, and choux are so creamy and light. The tart shells could be a bit thinner, but I understand they'd get soggy to quick. Either way my mouth waters every time I drive by. They also have bubble tea now and it's very tasty.

I’ve ordered cakes from here a couple of times now, and unfortunately both experiences have been disappointing, even though the cakes themselves tasted very good.
In 2023, I ordered two cakes and specifically pointed to an existing cake they had in their fridge for the dimensions, requesting the same thing but with a jungle theme and safari animals. I even called to confirm a few days before, and was told everything was fine. What we received, however, were two much shorter cakes decorated with a dinosaur instead. I was told they had lost the paper with my order and went from memory. A quick call to confirm the details with me would have avoided the mistake.
Yesterday, we decided to give them another chance and ordered a mango cake, this was confirmed back to us and we paid in advance. During pick up today, we were instead given a strawberry shortcake. This time the issue was the order was written down incorrectly.
I should note that I often buy their choux pastries, which are always excellent, so this issue seems to be specific to custom cake orders. Still, the lack of care and reliability in taking and fulfilling cake orders is very frustrating. The products taste great, but it’s disappointing, unprofessional, and careless when the order itself can’t be trusted.

Had my first bite this morning, a sample of a Blackcurrant Choux. Wow. Came home with TWO boxes’ worth of product. Had a full-size choux a little later and realized that Choux Lab had basically wiped out any desire for desserts that I thought I liked. This is delicious stuff. Don’t take my word for it; buy a bunch and share with friends.

I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and have even referred friends. However, my experience today was a letdown. Today, when I went to pick up my order, I had a tough time getting everything sorted out. Usually, when I pick up my orders, I'm asked if I want to add a message to the cake, but today the cashier didn't offer this service. To make matters worse, the charges on the website and what was confirmed over the phone were different, which was quite frustrating. It seems like the prices on the website might not be up-to-date, and I'd suggest updating them to avoid any confusion.Adding to the frustration was the difficulty in reaching someone to confirm my order was ready for pickup. I had to call multiple times (5 attempts!) before someone finally answered. I'm really disappointed with the service and miscommunication today.

Absolutely loved my experience at Choux Lab! I tried the Nutella and pistachio choux — the texture was amazing and the filling was light yet flavourful without being overly sweet. It reminded me so much of the choux pastries I’ve had in Europe.
We also did a cake tasting for a wedding and were really impressed. The vanilla cake had an incredible texture — like a perfect cross between a pastry and a cake. The filling tasted so fresh, almost like crème fraîche, even though it was a buttercream — so much lighter and less sugary than what most places offer.
We were so happy with it that we decided to move forward with Choux Lab for the wedding cake!

Wowww! These huge cream puffs were AMAZING. We tried the mango, oreo, tiramisu and classic vanilla. They were all made with top tier ingredients and super light and creamy, but the classic vanilla was my fave!!! The service was really friendly and welcoming. I wish they sold the mini choux. You can pre order these, but I think the minimum is 24 mini choux. I will be back!
