Made a large order of their Choux Pastries (Vanilla, Mango, Tiramisu, Hazelnut, and Passionfruit). Everyone enjoyed the cream puffs. They were delicious! Very easy to make the order through their email on their website. Seamless delivery and very friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you so much for the amazing cream puffs! Definitely recommend.

Holy crap! How did I not know this place existed‽ It’s amazing! The pastry is perfect, just the right bite for the outside shell. The flavoured cream centre is wonderfully balanced and not at all sweet, so you really taste the fruit. And it’s all topped off with the small whip of marshmallow cream that really brings everything together.

Was looking EVERYWHERE in Toronto for a passion fruit cake that wasn't a mousse cake. So happy I came across the one from Choux Lab. The cake was beautiful and delicious, not too sweet with an amazing tart passion fruit filling! The owner was so accommodating when it came to decorating the cake and was kind enough to add small flower petals on the cake that I requested!

I ordered 2 dozen mini choux's for a birthday party (mango, passionfruit, raspberry, vanilla) and they were a hit! They are a great option if you're looking for something new to bring somewhere and the small sizes allow you to try different flavours.
Ordering was straightforward and the customer service was great- they were able to accommodate my order with no troubles. I will be going back!
Not cheap but we treated ourselves and were not disappointed. The ones with chocolate cream inside were absolutely delicious and I loved how cold they were. I'd 100% get these again, especially for a nice baby / wedding event or for a DIY high tea

Choux Lab is pretty out of the way for me, but their choux are some of the best I've had and I wanted to pick some up for a friend's birthday brunch. I arranged for a ride so I could be there for when they open at 9am and be home for when my guests were supposed to arrive at 10am. Unfortunately, the display case was mostly empty when I got there--they were still in the process of prepping for the day.
The cafes and bakeries I usually go to tend to be ready with all their normal options when they open for the day, so it didn't occur to me that a place that indicated they open at 9am just wouldn't be ready. It was really disappointing having to settle for whatever they had on hand. But I didn't have an hour to waste hanging around for when they said they would be ready and I didn't want to go home empty handed after the trouble of getting out there.
I realize preordering in advance is an option, but I just had no reason to expect that before 10am, I'd basically just have an end of day selection to choose from. Lesson learned.
The staff were really nice though, and switched out the older mango choux they'd already packed in my box with fresh ones that had just been brought out.
Choux Lab is a great shop and I will definitely visit them again in the future, but I'll just consider their opening hours to start at 10am on weekends.
Bought: 1. Choux 6pc $23.30 - passionfruit and mango - the passionfruit was great, I would buy it again - the mango was okay but not as good as raspberry or blackcurrant; probably wouldn't buy again if there are other options available
2. Tart 3pc x2 $36.00 - almond and raspberry - the raspberry had good flavor but the tarts were just too sweet for all of us and I regret taking a chance on them; would not buy again

A little gem next to the famous san remo. I bought half a dozen of choux while hosting a dinner and everyone (kids and adults) loves it. The flavor is on point, the crust is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommend black current, passion fruit and tiramisu flavor. The first two have a kick of tangy and fruity-ness to the choux and the last one has a mellow light creamy texture with the kick of coffee. Perfect for an after dinner treat.
