I just paid for a meal and asked the brown woman, who would not share her name, that's fine, but she is not a girls girl at all. I know they definitely deal with much worse than what i was asking for, especially at this location. I already bought a whole combo of chicken, I asked her if she can sell me a side of extra pickles. She says it only comes with the burger and would not tell me her name. I even sat in the restaurant and dined in so I don't see why this would be an issue.
Go to Popeyes or A&W lol I'm still in shock

I had one of the worst experiences at this Church’s Texas Chicken location on Halloween night. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. I do not know their names, but there were two girls and one boy working at the time, and they seemed annoyed by every customer who approached the counter. It felt like they had no interest in serving anyone.
To make things worse, the washroom was locked the entire time we were there. We asked, but no one bothered to help. It gave the impression that customer comfort and basic service are not a priority here.
I usually enjoy Church’s Texas Chicken, but this visit was disappointing and frustrating. Experiences like this damage the reputation of the brand. I hope management looks into this and ensures proper training and customer service standards are followed. I would not recommend visiting this location based on how we were treated.

It took all of 2 minute from getting my food to eating it. I even had to wait for it to be ready. How is it already cold? The chicken dry, there is zero crisp. Soaked in flavourless sauce, it's a surprise how this place is still open.

Just ordered the Supreme Tex sandwich combo through Uber Eats. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The bun was too chewy, and the chicken wasn’t served warm. It felt like the chicken had been fried a couple of hours earlier instead of being freshly cooked. At the very least, they could have reheated it in the microwave.

Friendly service with a smile and tasty stuff...immigrants and students working there are very respectable to customers...fast moving eatery...good management.
Came in late so no wings nor freshly fried chicken. Grabbed a chicken combo and were not impressed by the soggy bland & dry taste.

Thankful places open till 5am on weekends and 4am weekdays not serving donuts or burgers 😅 like the westcoast. Although the fries had a weird old, despite being hot, tasted like they refried.
Straightforward counter-serve restaurant offering fried chicken. The chicken was made fresh since I git there after 3am ao it was very juicy, seasoned perfectly ans crispy. I was surprised honey biscuit for once was fluffy and moist with the perfect slight crunch on the outside.

The spicy fried chicken here is really tasty and flavorful. The wings were a bit on the dry side, so I’d recommend going for the dark meat instead – much juicier and more satisfying.
